Sam performed our home inspection in a professional, timely and detailed manner. Us being first time home buyers, he explained each and every aspect of the house in detail and also informed us about regular maintenance items.The detailed inspection report was generated in an hour or so and it had categorically marked major and minor issues so that we can make an informed decision.Will Definitely recommend him for inspections.
