We have been customers of Southport for a couple of years now, and just have to say the experience has always been nothing but wonderful every time we step into their Toronto location.We recently purchased lounge chairs that needed to work within our existing furniture and space, and would like to commend Nick for his terrific suggestions, knowledge of products and working my indecisiveness with many trips back and forth trying to find the perfect match.We are thrilled with the entire shopping experience from the quality of the furniture all the way to the delivery and would recommend Southport to anyone! Thanks again to Nick and the entire team for making our experience (again) one that we will remember. We love our furniture it is comfortable and beautiful.We will definitely be back!

Excellent service from Lyndsay at Southport! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping us choose the perfect outdoor furniture. We didnt feel the need to shop around. Delivery was on time and professionally done. We would definitely recommend and plan to shop there again!

Awesome experience dealing with Nick and the staff at Southport. We purchased a beautiful cantilever umbrella for our patio. There was a minor problem that was addressed and corrected promptly with ease. I would not hesitate to refer my friends and family here.

I love working with Southport Outdoor Living on many of my outdoor projects. I love the flexibility that they allow me when I'm getting my cushions custom made there. Custom means custom at Southport unlike other places where I find my creativity restricted. Grateful for a wonderful staff and I especially love working with Vanessa there. Her interior designing skills are a wonderful treat because she absolutely understands my vision every time I come in. She also follows up when product arrives and always ensures prompt replies. We bought 6 of these chairs in grey and they very comfortable and durable. We have not seen any fading or impact of weather in the last 4-5 months. They are also light and easy to move around but if you have high winds like we do, they do get shifted around by winds so check for that before buying. Overall we are very happy with our purchase.

We would highly recommend Southport Outdoor Living's Toronto store. We purchased new furniture in early spring 2022 and all aspects of our experience were positive. Our salesperson was Lyndsay Richardson. She showed us various options within our target price range and provided advice on how to best compliment existing furniture that we would be using for larger crowds. We appreciated both her product and decorating knowledge. We had a few follow up questions after ordering (ended up adding an additional piece and getting advice on decorative pillows) and Lyndsay responded very quickly.Our delivery was on schedule (day and time that we chose) and we were impressed with the care that was taken to set up the new furniture and do a final inspection to make sure everything was perfect.Our couch, chairs and ottoman are an off-white and simply look beautiful in our yard and have held up very well through out the summer. From the sales person to the delivery people to the actual product... every aspect of this purchase experience was amazing.

Initially bought an umbrella and stand here. Great service, high quality and fair price. Went back to look at a table and chairs. Service was poor, and the prices were laughable for the quality. Was quoted at over $1500 for this resin table and 4 chairs....that was on sale!

It was a pleasure shopping experience in Southport Outdoor Living for my outdoor dining table in summer 2022. My salesperson was Lisa. We met on my first visit and she introduced different series of products professionally. After that, she promptly answered multiple phone calls and emails from me. I bought the table in Aug but I requested the delivery to be scheduled in Nov. , she helped me with the coordination for all the logistics details.
