I love the Almonte Print Shop! They are fast and have never once made a mistake. I get tons of documents printed for my kindergarten class. The owners are lovely and the service is excellent!

What a nightmare.We were quoted 87.00 for stretching a canvas painting we bought internationally. The artist called the shop herself to give the details of how the canvas was to be stretched and to what dimensions.No phone call to us to let us know the job was complete, when we decided to follow up we discovered that the price had shot up to 179.00. Upon picking up the painting we discovered that it was stretched incorrectly, they had left a border around the entire painting. When we talked to our artist they insisted that she gave them very specific instructions to gallery wrap it. The shop responded saying that they thought we wanted to frame it.Rather than fixing their mistake they are asking that we pay for them to redo the work. This will be the last time we ever use this shop.

My wife took three cross-stitch pieces to be framed. All three pieces were destroyed by soaking them in a solution that caused the thread colour to bleed. We got different stories from different people at the store as to what happened. In the end, hundreds of hours of work were destroyed with no compensation. Never ever again. They don't know what they are doing.
