Laundromat Express

Very rude. The guy treated us like we were idiots for having never been to a laundromat before. It's also a rip off. Going to drive a little further just to never give this guy business.

Barb's Laundry Mat has Machines that lets u do 5 6 or even 8 loads at a time if need be. The staff is very friendly and the place is always clean. They have wi fi and they are always playing a movie. I will never ever go to Laundry Mat Express again!! The owner YELLED at me for dripping water cause I rinsed some clothes at home to remove stains. I was in the process of wipping it up with my own towels when he walked over and scolded me like a child. I'm 43 years old. I literally took my stuff out of the washer soaking wet and dripped everywhere and than left. Went straight to Barb's who had no issue with it and when I offered to mop up my mess she said NO not at all I got it, its just water after all.

Usually not busy when I go. Never had a problem finding a washer and dryer to use, I don't have to waste time waiting for one. I can do 3 loads at once easily about an hour to wash & dry. 3 loonies to wash & about 2$ to dry for 32mins. You can get change here, no Wi-Fi & parking is available.

It's clean, and close to home

I have been coming here every week, for months, doing the same thing, for months. The owner yelled at me last night for putting my two big loads of clothing in the dryer for what he deemed too long. Actually YELLED at me. In my opinion, an hour is not too long when you have the equivalent of 5 loads of laundry in 2 dryers. When I did not go back alone, because I felt threatened by this man's behaviour, he felt the need to comment rudely about it and then try to laugh it off.We'll never go back. There is no excuse for that behaviour.

I would give no stars if it was possible this oriental man and woman kept touching our clothes trying to wash for us we got sick of this place would not recommend it

Nice and clean, great choice of machines..small, medium, triple loaders!

Helpful staff, only complaint would be wish there was TV or free wifi to pass the time.

Not from here at all and needed To wash asap. Sue was really Nice and helpfull To us even if we came à little late. I recommend for sure
