One of the best customer services I’ve seen in Canada so far. I had a request regarding my TRF and Yossie helped me patiently with it. The whole process took less than 30 minutes and all my questions were answered with a great and warm attitude. I didn't have to wait on hold for a long time and they called me back within less than 10 minutes with the solution.

Best IELTS experience I’ve had so far. Yossie and Maryam were awesome and super helpful. The center was clean and more importantly, quiet. Definitely recommending this as the go to for an ielts center in Toronto.

the worst service I ever got, my exam was on the 14th of April, I received my result on the 18th of April, but it's been more than a month and I still haven't received my TRF copy. I've phoned several times and they never pick up the phone. I've also generated a ticket with no response.
