I wish I can put zero stars.Worth service ever.Try to grab a sushi kit for my lunch. Apparently have to ask for chopsticks and soy sauce at the fish department.The clerk was there and pretending not heard my,and after I called him for a third time he just left . Came back wearing a some special glove.I called him again and asked for what I need but his answer was that he is busy in very rude way. Good option for groceries. Prices comparable to Loblaws.Wish I could take cart to my car parked far away especially in winter.Would definitely buy lots more. I'm shopping alone and cannot carry 4 bags of groceries anymore.The concierge has been helpful but I'm going to see his help reflected in my grocery bill. Ask property management to remove 4 parking spots for cart returns but of course the extra rent likely will nix that idea.So be it. Your competitors provide cart returns. It's not always about the price of bread. Working at Sears for 9 years taught me its mostly about service.No other issues. It's a good, clean and friendly place. And only 5 mins by car.But to take advantage of this terrific offer 2/$6 (see pic), got to make a 2nd trip. Too much to handle now.

I dont know who paid for those reviews saying produce is always fresh. This is literally the worst grocery store for produce its always half rotten or mushy. Then you fish forever thinking you got some half decent ones until you go to cut into it and find fuzzy mold on the inside. It has been like this for years. Do better!

This metro location is a bit smaller compared to ones I've been to (like the one close to finch and younge), facilities are clean and organized, however it lacks variety of selections in various departments. Staff at the till were friendly and professional. I always enjoy shopping at metro

My first time physically in the store. I only spent $59 and I'm a super shopper. Really wasn't a lot of things that I buy and some things didn't look fresh at all. Don't think I'll go back unless its for something I can only get there. Too bad. Less than impressed ☹️

This is at a very busy but convenient location. As I was talking with the workers, I find the service was very unfriendly. A friendly face or smile would worth more than a few dollars of the high price that is already in the store. Long and short of it, It was not pleasant. I will not be going there after that one time. The traffic is terrible near there also. Sad.

The hot table staff see customers waiting to be served yet does not serve them for a good 5-7 min which i know does not sound like alot but the thing is that they make eye contact with you and proceed to not serve you right away. They never have fresh produce, they are either mushy or bad. Their uscan staff is rude and always thinks you are stealing. The store is good if you need to run in for a few things

After back and forth with the branch and the head office still no solution for my issueAfter purchasing the pre paid card from the branchWhich was gifted to my family member he gave me the card back because it was expired (that’s what the store manger said)It’s embarrassing!!!!!!No help from the branch plus the manager assistant is super rude and it looked like he was doing it on purposeAfter me and my wife turned he was laughing with the stuff probably it was about our English and funny accentThe head office told me to call vanilla !Why I need to deal with that?I bought it from metro and not from vanillaIt’s the same thing as you guys not selling expired milkJust stand behind your products and don’t tell people you’re just the middle

This is the worst Metro I have been to. I went on Sunday, June 11 to grab some fruit trays, (only thing we really go for and the customer service ladies are wonderful!!). My son asked to stop by the bakery to get some dessert and I said, let's go see". They had a reduced rack

As a frequent customer of Metro store, I can confidently say that they offer a great shopping experience. The store is always clean and well-stocked, and the staff members are friendly and helpful. I appreciate the variety of products they offer and the convenience of having everything I need in one place. My only suggestion would be to occasionally review their pricing to remain competitive with other stores in the area. Overall, I highly recommend shopping at Metro Store for your grocery needs.
