The staff is very freindly and helpful. They got me in the next day. Had the parts in stock. The price for the spring and installion was excellent. I would recommned to anyone.

Excellent service. Communication is great, they called me upon inspection to discuss which options were best suited for the vehicle. Prices are reasonable. Would certainly recommend!

Called to ask about replacement springs on a 2010 F-150 and they indicated could do the job right away. Dropped it off at 11:00am and it was completed by 3:00pm, Excellent Service and highly recommended

Quoted a price for two springs to be replaced (had one cracked) they replaced the cracked one and told me the other one was fine but charged me the same quoted price. The service was great but super poor communication, I was served by 3 different employees and still only received half of what was promised and expected. Completely happy with the work they did and probably won't find a better job done anywhere but management needs major improvement

I Dealt with this Company when I was looking for replacement parts for my boat trailer .Its a very busy place and had to wait on someone to help me but when they did assist me the gentleman helped me with his knowledge and know how didnt rush me off like some stores do.The price I paid for the springs and all the attachment bolts were cheaper than what Amazons prices I will return if and when I need their services. Oh Yes the lady behind the counter was like a friend that you had not seen in years so nice and accommodating. Plus they have free pens lol

Bent an axle on our travel trailer 2500km from home and we were not going to make it home with the axle the way it was. They squeezed us in and managed to source a replacement and swap it out the same day. Absolutely saved our trip. Friendly helpful staff, reasonable prices. I highly recommend them!

booked an appointment week in advance for a wheel alignment, waited a week for it. Was told i had a ball joint gone, so rather then fix the ball joint ( about a hours labor ) they told me they wouldn't be able to accommodate me and to try again next week. Disappointing service. Went else where and had ball joint and alignment done without an appointment.

Put truck in for a leaf spring replacement on driver side. When got truck back noticed only one leaf spring was replaced on the side. Was told 100 and tax for a leaf spring and all the bolts to buy. And 150+tax to install. Only got half a job. The full leaf never got replaced but just a peice. Now they got the truck in fast got it back out. Great service but was really hoping for all new leaf on driver side as I paid for the full thing. Work was done good just half the job for full price tho the price was not all that bad still a happy customer
