Great services all the time.

I have been shopping here for several years. The service has always been excellent and the owners are extremely knowledgeable about their inventory. The quality and variety of fabrics is impressive and if you are patient and respectful you will also get an opportunity to learn more about the origin of all the different fabrics. I have never experienced the store to be closed during business hours. If it has happened I would imagine it was likely an emergency. On one occasion before the pandemic, management have extended their hours to allow me to complete my purchasing. I would think it would be challenging at times for any business with a small staff to remain open during a global pandemic. This business will always be my #1 choice in Toronto. I like the fabrics I got, but the shop is disorganized and filthy. Dishonest, and unclear pricing. Lack of transparency. He changes prices at will, making you vulnerable to his manipulations. A corrupt seller. Totally over priced, I left that store feeling robbed, disappointed, manipulated and confused. Only to find similar fabrics at cheaper prices in nearby fabric shops. I blame myself for failing to do my research before setting foot there! Shop at your own risk! God bless!

I have shopped at this store for years. The owners are courteous, friendly and never rude. They never yell and try hard to accommodate where they can. During covid the store hours were a bit wonky, thru no fault of their own. Suggest to call and verify opening and closing on a particular day as it is difficult for anyone to try and keep up with the constant changes affecting all retail businesses these days.

We have been shopping at Ceektex for the past three years and have never experienced these issues. I know that common courtesy dictates that I should patiently wait my turn to be served in any give situation and this is what I do when I go there. The owners have never been rude to us and have been extremely helpful whenever we have shopped there. This is and will always be my go to store when I want choices and quality. To those of you who have issues, life is simple, if you don't like it, do your very next best and move on!

Even during covid they still treat us with respect patience, follow all the protocols. They have many different textiles and designs for reasonable prices.

I came here at 9:10am on July 14 and the store isn’t even open and it says it opens at 8:30am. There is no notice on the door stating they are closed today.
