The team at Lalonde Awing designed and built me some beautiful custom aluminium screen doors for my screened in covered deck. Not only do they look great, they are extremely functional and very sturdy. Their customer service is top notch and I will definitely purchase from them again!

I just found that the Lalonde Awnings took over the Ottawa Canvas and Awnings which I'd been a customer for 15 years. I don't know how good Lalonde is in installation (likely good judging by the other 3 feedbacks). However, I definitely know how rude and disrespectful is their receptionist at the front desk who simply hang up on me being not enough patient to hear me out trying to make her own point. That would never have happened with the Ottawa Awnings. I just want to share my horrible experience hoping you could get a better treatment. As for me I will never use their services after talking to their front end.
