Thank you so much Meaghan! It was Kai’s first ever grooming appointment and I was extremely nervous! Meaghan did an exceptional job.

Wow!! My appointment was at 8:15 am Saturday! It was pouring rain, I arrived at 8am , no one came to the store until 8;23!!The lights were off in the store except for a few nightlights!! I called and called and called no one answered!! I left and called again once I arrived home, the person that answered claims that she was there since 7am grooming another dog! (I was supposed to be the first client for the day)???She told me that there is a buzzer to ring but most clients don’t see it, I was unaware of a buzzer and I asked why was I not told about the buzzer , her response was it is clearly marked!! What? But most clients don’t see it!! I also mentioned the lights were also off and she argued with me that all the lights have been in the store since 7amI got weary of her defending their/her actions and lack of empathy I told her that I am very disappointed, her response was, me too I am losing out on a groom!! Are you kidding me?? What a circus!Terrible service!

Always friendly and helpful staff. Lots of product options. Ample parking and curbside pickup option. I would recommend they get more rabbit supplies but other than that it's a great store.

Scheduled an express grooming at 7 in the morning. Was 7min late to come to the store and then was asked to reschedule the appointment. My dog gets really anxious for grooming session and we have to calm him down before coming to the store. I do realize I was almost 10min late to the appointment but that shouldn't be the reason to turn around a client and ask them to reschedule. I have been to that location before but this particular groomer was extremely rude.

Horrible. I asked them to cut her hair short because it's so humid outside and they literally shaved off all her fur to where she looks naked. Her beautiful curls and colours of light brown gray and white are all gone. They also had the audacity to try to charge me a $24 late fee although I called and said she I would be late picking her up and a guy said it woukd be okay. Hell no I didn't pay that, the manger had to cancel that charge. Ridiculous! I will never let anyone there touch my dog again! If I could give Zero starts I would. Horrible job Nadine.

I take my puppy for training classes. The best trainer lady Caitlin highly recommends her

Just wanted to say thanks to Laura and Heather for doing such a good job of looking after Foster. I take a Multipoo in the car with me to PetSmart and by the time I get there I have a big chicken instead! Foster isn't exactly the most calm of dogs when it comes to being groomed but he came home looking and smelling fab!Thanks girls for looking after my little buddy!

I have always come to this location to purchase my pet supplies. The last 2 visits were very poor. Both visits I was questioned by the cashier about why I was buying that product, and today she told me that the bedding I was purchasing was very harmful and I shouldn't be using it because my animals will die quicker from it. It was in front of other customers too. I was not only feeling insulted but embarrassed and rather angry.I will no longer be coming to this location for all my pet supplies. We have cats and guinea pigs and hamsters, so unfortunately this location will be losing a very good customer!!
