What an unexpected delight to have found Forest Hill Pets! The store is well-stocked with a wide variety of quality products. The staff was very personable and knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions and concerns with ease. I will definitely be returning and will recommended this store to my family and friends.

The best pet store in the area. The owners really care and provide really great recommendations. Especially if your dog has food sensitivities, they really know what works and what doesn't. They also have such a wide selection of products - the best!!!

If you are looking for a one stop shop for your pets, this is it. The store is stocked with different types of toys and treats. The service there is amazing. The staff are all friendly and most importantly their product knowledge is 10/10. Would highly recommend this place to anyone that's being a first time pet owner.

Wow! Exactly what the village was missing! What a great addition to the neighbourhood with a fantastic selection of necessities for my dog!Not often do you see the Owner working at a store like this and he makes the experience top notch! I will definitely be exclusively shopping here!

The store is so convenient and my dog’s favourite new place in the world. But the best part by far is the guy who runs the store. He is so kind, always goes out of his way to make conversation and provide the best service possible, and he gives us so many free goodie bags of treats all the time, which my dog is very grateful for lol. There is also a very good selection of stuff, I got some really cute toys there and he has these twisted bully sticks that my dog loves and they last for ages. Also, if you request a product that he doesn’t have (like the value box of whimzees instead of just the bag) he will do his best to get it in stock for you. Really glad to have this store in the neighborhood! :)

I recently visited Forest Hill Pets and was impressed with the clean, organized store and exceptional customer service from Jonah. The store offers a wide selection of the highest-quality products and provides exceptional advice on dog and cat care. Jonah is THE BEST PET STORE OWNER in Toronto period. He offers exceptional customer service and awesome advice every time we visit. Murphy and I navigate his store very easily. Hands down, he has the best selection and quality on the market.

This is a store that is stocked with incredible products, but even more important - is managed by Jonah - who is equal parts wise and patient in understanding customer's needs.My dog is older and he has made some great recommendations regarding her diet.
