Ginny, Marco and all the staff at bar t5 were top notch I had such a great time at the shop. They treated us with respect and my kids loved it there everyone was so friendly they made our trailer purchase Amazing. The girls at the front desk and the girls helped with fitting my boy with a saddle and helped the fiance with getting her reines and head stall. Easily the best customer service we have ever had 10000% recommend. I'll be back.

Ended up blowing a tire on my horse trailer this afternoon right outside Bar T-5. I limped my way in and Peter fit me in right away and got me back on the road in under 30 minutes. Amazing customer service, highly recommend them!

Interesting mix of products. I felt that Jim who handles trailer sales was giving honest advice. Will be back to buy some fencing to keep the deer out of our market garden. A year later and purchased a cargo trailer.

Jim and ginny took GREAT care of me, they were so patient. Jim is the most caring sales person i have by far ever met,He took care of every aspect of my trailer purchase in great detail, right down to the hook up, made sure we were road ready.He was such a joy to have met and has set such a high standard.He made our trip a million times better!I would never buy a trailer anywhere else,The tack shop was the cherry on top!

We just bought our 2 horse slanted trailer from here and I will say the customer service we experienced with everyone was amazing. I really appreciated all the effort Marco went to in order to answer any questions, getting our trailer ready for us to take it back to Saskatchewan, and just all around being great. All the staff were so kind and welcoming plus helpful with finding everything we wanted. I will recommend this place to everyone's who looking and when we are ready to upgrade to a bigger trailer, this is where it'll be from! Thanks Bar T5/Ginny for selling us this great purchase!
