Love this meal service! Fair price, food is delicious, excellent customer service and it's not uncommon to find bonus or thank you" items in your delivery. The subscription is easy to use and you can change your meals from week to week. They also make it easy to stop and start your plan as needed

I've waited since Dec 27 for a response from customer service but since I have not heard a thing I'm leaving a review - It's a long one.If ordered a handful of times and received a code for 24-hour only 20% discount" on Dec. 24. Ketolibriyum has been a game changer. I've been using it for about four months now and it's been one of the best decisions I've made. My doctor told me I needed to lose 150lb and so far I've lost 50lb by only eating Ketolibriyum's meals.Most importantly, I really appreciate Ketolibriyum's amazing support. I know it can get busy sometimes but Wynter goes out of her way to make sure everything's perfect. I also need to thank the nutritionist at Ketolibriyum for their excellent help in setting my dietary goals. It's been absolutely fantastic.Sometimes it can get repetitive and I've expressed my disdain for the cauliflower overload but most of the time it's been pleasantly delicious. I just wish the preset meals would stop giving out chocolates because they don't taste very good. The sugar replacement in the chocolate needs to be replaced with monk fruit or replaced altogether with another one of their desserts.

Really hate to have to do this, but they don't seem to pay attention any other way. I have delayed writing this for over a week, just to give them a chance.Customer service is terrible. out of the 20 or so calls I made to their office, not a single one was answered. Of the 5 requests for a callback - only 3 were returned.The account was set up with an email address I did not want to use; it was populated with auto-fill and I was not able to change it back myself... Eventually a representative of the company assured me that it will be changed to the email address I wanted, but this was not done correctly. Now I get their sales emails (spam) on both addresses, but the important shipping and order information still goes to the old one. I fear that if I hit unsubscribe, I will stop receiving the important emails as well and have no way to confirm or track my order.It is also not that simple to add items to your order - I was asked to email them what I want for them to add it.The food is actually delicious!.. though the customer service (lack thereof) leaves a bad taste.

Pricey store, meals looked okay but nothing special. Service overall was 2/10, definitely won't be coming back. Staff kept pushing other customers in store to write them reviews on Google which showed that they're desperately trying hard to get attention from the public. Costco has the same enlightened ice cream for cheaper and a larger quantity, don't bother spending your $$ here, not worth the time.

I have tried many items, and I must say, the quality and taste is well beyond my expectations. Clean, fresh ingredients that taste amazing.With the increasing cost of grocies and time to buy groceries, these are actually worth every penny!I am so happy that I have found you, as it makes my life as a busy entrepreneur that much easier.Highly recomend the Philly Cheese Steak, Chicken Alfredo Casserole and Chicken a La King.

I actually love the food, many of the meals are delicious. However, the logistics of shipping anything into Montreal from Ontario has been unsuccessful. Transit times have sometimes extended over 48 hours with packages arriving with thawed water packs. Traveling in a truck for that amount of time in 30 degrees celsius weather is a problem I called out from the beginning when I started the subscription in March as a potential issue in the summer. They reassured me that their boxing and setup would work. Don't think it is. They can blame Puro but they could easily change and offer possibly guaranteed same day or next day delivery and increase the shipping, I would rather that than to have spoiled food every second week and also putting the health of my family at risk. I simply can't tell how long everything has thawed and sat in heat. This is now the second time in past two weeks. What's worse, I get a canned email asking if the soup was bagged ...nonsense. Been waiting for almost 3 days to get a refund, reship, or some kind of intelligent response that says they care about customer experience. I've left vmails and I've never received a return phone call in every past event. Hoping they fix the shipping problems and or I'll have to cancel, but also fix my current box of food that's now once again in the garbage.

Absolutely Terrible, I have just received my order today after waiting a week for delivery and I took a bite of the chicken wing and there was a piece of metal from a pot scrubber in my chicken wing!!! I am so turned off and disgusted this is such a bad first impression as I was really looking forward to this order I am absolutely disgusted right now and I will be throwing out my order!! This is terrible and I will not be ordering from here again!! Please do not waste your money of this place, I don’t know if this is a hit or miss but no one should be finding a piece of metal from a pot scrubber from dirty dishes please see the pictures!!!!
