Jan 15, 2023.The place was empty lots of sitting places. Ordered beef and chicken burgers. Beef strips, sweet chicken, chicken skewers, soup, mango shake and rice cake.Pros: The portion size were good and the taste was different. The burgers were surprisingly good. Alfredo pasta was well made. Their signature fries were fresh and well seasoned. The rice cake was well made. The staff was very friendlyCons: They were out of rice at 7pm. The place needs really good cleaning. Were handing out condiments and plastic cutlery individually - had to make several trips mid dinner to reception to get 1 fork 1 ketchup etc. The mango shake in not even near close to how good it used to be, tasted like blended mango purree.Overall good food but they should really update the place and clear out the service issue.

Really disappointed in my last couple of trips to mushkaki.Ordered pasta extra saucy, they charged me extra dollar which is totally fine however they put less sauce than they would when it would be just a regular order (I’ve been eating here for years). They were running low on pasta and stretched the sauce despite me calling two hours before closing as it takes me 45 minutes to drive over.I also ordered rice and beef strips. The strips are usually charred on the flat top. It looked like they just boiled them and shoved them into the box .Prices have increased approximately 6-7 dollars for a meal for two people, which again is totally fine because everything is more expensive but the food quality has gotten worseTip don’t come here in the last two hours. Hoping these guys take the feedback, try out the place that provides the cake deserts here: D’Amo on Kingston their quality and service is top tier !

First time I went there with my family and it won't be the last time. The food was amazing. The mango shake was great too. Would recommend for families for sure. Staff were so nice and friendly.

The Mushkaki fries with the Chichen are something else!!Highly recommended! Best way is to either order on the phone or Uber eats!They have seating area, and washrooms downstairs

Mushkakis is a local favourite for us. Always great food with very generous foods. You can never go wrong with chicken kata kata, ever. Lunch, dinner, snack. It always satisfies.Shoutout for the chicken wraps (you get two large wraps for the price) or the mushkaki fries (if your sharing with someone get the chicken wrap and mushkaki fries, you’ll be full).Trust me when I say, you won’t regret coming here. Even the pasta is fantastic.

We catered from Mushkaki for an event last weekend and it was a hit! The event attendees were mostly my family and we are Indian Pakistani. We ordered 40 servings of rice and beef strips, 40 servings of rice and sweet tomato chicken, and a tray of rosee pasta and Alfredo pasta. Everyone enjoyed it, including my older aunts and uncles who have never tried Somali food before. The food had lots of flavor and the portions were generous. Several people asked me where I ordered the food from. Aside from the food, Mushkaki’s service was excellent too. I will definitely order from them again.
