These folks, mostly volunteers, do a great job caring for lost & homeless pets, there is also a veterinarian who takes care of health needs. The staff is great at helping lost pets find their people.

Such a lovely shelter. I visit the 'Catio' often. Our kitty, Cricket, has been such a perfect addition to the family. Please consider adopting before shopping.

Wonderful place, compassionate staff!

My old 17 year old dog who was blind, on his front yard was picked up by some “good samaritan” and taken to the animal shelter.They took him to the animal shelter because he was walking around in circles. He walks around in circles when he’s looking for his bed. The vet thought my dog was senile and thought better put to down. Asked THIS animal shelter if they could and they approved it. All with in 24 hrs. My dog es old, it was blind, it wasn’t senile. He walks around in circles when he can’t find his bed. You murdered my dog.

(disclosure I started working here) but the people working are compassionate and love their jobs and the animals staying here.I never thought I could enjoy scooping litter boxes, but the cats are so very thankful for the service that I really feel good about the work I do by the end of the day.
