Highly recommend for anyone to go to Janell and Ryan! It takes a special type of person to make you feel comfortable and relaxed and having a blast during a boudoir Photo shoot, and with them you get two people like that!Amazing at directing and helping you be put in poses which either hide your insecurities and enhance your desired features. I had a hard time choosing my favorite pictures they are extremely amazing in their profession. You will not be disappointed. Down to earth friendly people, just super easy to be there and you feel so welcome. So thank you Janell and Ryan!! I will definitely come back for future photoshoots!The final result is priceless.For the hair and makeup- Chey did such a great job! She took what I wanted and made it happen. Another person who is super easy to get along with and just makes you feel at ease. She works magic.The whole experience was awesome!!! If you're on the fence- just go for it, I am over the moon!

Janell + Ryan were so amazing to work with. From beginning to end, they make sure that you feel at ease. Janell provides you with so much information pre-shoot. During the shoot, they direct you and help you pose, and will make you laugh so you don’t feel awkward.They are thoughtful and careful to capture the most beautiful photos of you. During the gallery reveal you can really tell that they care about each person they shoot, and making sure that they feel beautiful.All the little details, from beginning to end made booking with them worth it.They are worth every penny of the investment.

Janell and Ryan made a vulnerable encounter into a fun and relaxing experience. Any nerves I had leading into it was quickly diminished once we started. I felt I was in the hands of very genuine but very professional photographers, as well as people. I am BLOWN away by the results. I cannot stop looking at my photos! I had the pleasure of working one on one with Janell Connors of Oak and Pearl recently on my very first boudoir shoot. I have zero experience in photo shoots and was extremely nervous, but Janell’s outstanding professionalism and calming nature made it a great experience. Literally guiding me in every position step by step, Janell has created the most beautiful photos of me and has definitely built up my self esteem. It was very difficult to pick out my favourite pictures because they were all amazing and the lighting was perfect. I would love to work with her again and would recommend her to anyone!

This is the second time I have done a boudoir photo shoot with Janell and Ryan. They are amazing!! They make you feel so comfortable and they are so easy to have fun with and joke around. It makes the whole experience that much more enjoyable!!! They have such an eye for details and every shoot, costume, pose and decor is always so perfect!!! I will use them again for sure!!!!

This was an excellent experience right from the beginning. I told Janell I had never done a Boudoir shoot before and she had a prep guide that walked you through it. When I got there for my hair and makeup I was nervous but Janell, Ryan and Chey(Hair & Makeup) made it so easy to feel comfortable and not to mention Chey made me look gorgeous! Once it came to the shoot it was so much fun. They told me where to go, which way to look they made it so easy! They took so many amazing photos I had a hard time narrowing them down. I went in for a wedding gift to my fiancé and I came out with confidence. 10/10 already want to go back!-Laura D
