The food wasn't bad. But the guy in the drive-thru was rude, and had no time to take our order. There was very little traffic, so it is not like he was pressured to hurry. But the food was good though.

Went through drive through. They made me split my order into 2 separate transactions to use 2 coupons. Was told to wait in number 2 spot got our first bag waited about 10 mins continued to wait another 10 mins for the other bag then proceeded to go in because they had no system poor employee didn’t know where anything was going. When I went in and asked for my order I think one of the managers proceeded to yell for a certain new employee and did until he came back in. But had to wait for that employee for my food. VERY poor management, manager should have given me the items instead of yelling for an employee. Only go there because it’s McDonald’s if it was anything else I would not be returning. Not to mention my burger was wrong after I received it, ate it anyways because I was done with waiting.

Honestly the best you can get for a McDonald’s. The manager/owner Johnny was phenomenal in correcting our order and made sure we were satisfied. He even changed the music when we asked if it was possible and we were super satisfied. That man knows how to run a McDonald’s!

Overall this isn't a McDonalds you'd go out of you way to visit. Yes, those are grease trails leaving the door showing very clearly where people walk. The lack of attention to the cleanliness outside extends into the restaurant. The fish shown is as it was received - with very little attempt to properly stack the ingredients. Trying to put it together properly means tearing the bun.On recent visits I used the curbside option. Two mornings in a row the wait time for a single cup of coffee was over eight minutes. My family tells me that on several occasions when waiting inside the staff are told to ignore the front counter because the drive thru is more important. In one case two people were in line and it was a 30 minute wait to place an order because staff ignored them.Other reviews say that things are often forgotten in the orders. That hasn't been my experience but when taking photos of the grease staff did ask me what they had forgotten in my order. However, I was STILL waiting for the order so I couldn't yet answer the question.If you need McDonalds the food here will taste like you expect. But may not want to look too close at how or where it is made...

I haven't been to the restaurant yet where I was acknowledged at the front order desk within 5 minutes. It'll always take about 15 minutes before they finally help and always with no greeting! Horrible service.

The owner of the joint came up to us and we had a nice little chat. He is a nice and hardworking man. He said and we saw that he does the littlest jobs like cleaning toilets or cleaning the floor to show his employees that he as boss will do the small jobs and do them well. Very good work ethic. Hopefully every single employee there is influenced for the good.

Entire place quite dirty. Tables not wiped. Gentleman working till taking orders was very slow and too busy cleaning up a HUGE mess at coffee machine. Cream or milk all over the counter. And employees just talking in their own language behind the counter while serving customers. Not at all impressed

We went on a very busy evening! We still got a very good service! The boss served us and when we left he even gave my smiling niece a toy! Made my nieces day!

Always very clean and food tastes good. Service is very friendly and polite. The only thing is that the waiting time is very long most of the time.

It's up to McDonalds standard in food quality, but if you order online for delivery, be prepared to be missing part of your order every time.
