The best views and space. This location being inside of the NAC has good WiFi, it's also decently quiet during the day, so it's good as a working/ studying space as well. You can take your drink with you to other areas of the NAC. The drinks may be a little pricier than little victories across the street but this would be a better working space.

Came here for a drink and snack prior to seeing a show at Southam Hall. The Nanaimo bar was excellent, while the chai latte was also really good. My only minor quibble is that the seating was not comfortable, although that could simply have been my mood after a long day at work. Overall a good experience at this cafe.

Equator Coffee NAC/CNA
This was a great place to stop for a coffee and snack on our way to explore downtown Ottawa. The view from the cafe is great, especially if you like people- watching and the smell of coffee. The coffee was delicious and there's a variety of treats. I would have liked a gluten-free or sugar free option of snack. I like that they have a jug of water. The flowers on the table were a beautiful touch.

Coffee here is actually very good and if you appreciate a good quality coffee you should come here. However I've been told that I can't get a coffee in a mug because they close in an hour. I mean... if it would be 15 minutes I understand, but an hour, sorry but this made me an impression of a very lazy staff.Also tables are pretty dirty as well, so atmosphere was pretty much ruined.On the positive side I can tell that this is a perfect place to come with a laptop for studying or work.

Nice place to sit, sip some coffee, and get your work done while enjoying the lovely view of the Parliament and Fairmont Chateau Laurier from the window.Great staff. Good coffee.Recommended during mornings and evenings.

Excellent coffee shop in a chilled out location. Friendly staff and well made espresso. Unfortunately no option for a V60 despite there being the equipment for it on sale - but a minor criticism if at all. They also have a good selection of teas on sale.

The quality of coffee here is excellent. Between this place, and the other cafe across the street, there are amazing options for coffee in this area. Friendly service and nice spread out seating arrangement. Pastry options are good too.

Located inside / right by the Elgin entrance of National Arts Centre.They have an open space with modern ambiance and comfortable seatings.Drip: brewed coffee with 2 options usually. Just ask for what you like and you should be able to get something to your taste.However they only have milk, cream, oat and sugar. Kinda limited sweet option. Always feel being in Canada, we should have maple syrup or honey …. Not a great fan of raw sugar.Reasonable price and they do have mugs for onsite use which is an applause as too many coffee shops only use disposable regardless or take out or dine in.Pastry/ bakeries available but not many choices.

Nice vibe and very comfy seating. Good quality coffee as well. I ordered a chocolate cake which I’m not a fan of unfortunately. The taste is just so special. Other than the cake, it a good spot to spend some time with a good coffee.
