Lovely park. Nice. Right by the river. You can walk along the trails with your dog family friends. The fields are fun to play on with a ball and such. Safe. Just over all a beautiful place

Great place for everyone who likes to get out for fresh air. Sports fields that are very well maintained, complete with insane bright lights for night games and practice, tennis courts, a looping gravel walking trail that is maintained and wheelchair or scooter friendlyish, though it is gravel but there are no holes or obstacles. Dogs can be off leash in parts, and the majority of dog owners and their fur babies seem to be able to keep themselves in check. The river is also accessible from several points along the trail as well. There are change rooms and washrooms as well, and 4 options for parking from one end of the park to the other.

Only place a person can sit down,legally.If you sit anywhere else , you will be instructed to visit here,the promised land between 9am&9pm that is.

Beautiful place to have small meet ups or sports events, nature and small animals everywhere. Dog Friendly, pick up your poop.

lovely sports field, the grass is green and amazingly lush, the field is always clean and rarely used. there is a secure fence around the whole field, and the seating, goals and nets are in excellent shape. Tons of parking, very well lit and very safe.

Beautiful and friendly place to walk your dog and there.is a nice spot for swimming. Umm once I got to know this place better when out on the trails near the water it can be sketchy. Homeless people camp in the woods. I don't go here anymore as I am afraid of myself or my dog getting hurt...

You can walk through this park to a river, and there is lots of space to explore. The park is really beautiful in the Spring. Good spot to check out in the Cowichan Valley!

Amazing Grass, like the nicest grass in the entire world. In a field that is 99.9 percent of the time completely empty. And during a drought where I'm not allowed to water my lawn. Whoever is taking care of it should get an award and whoever is deciding it needs to be this nice should take a look at a newspaper.
