I went to Bell Limeridge location as my device contract was up. Tyler was rather uninterested and did not care at all.His lack of customer service skills is appalling. I do hope that these reviews get monitored and looked at by higher ups at Bell Corporate Office.Tyler to you I say learn customer and communication skills. Courtesy and kindness and caring for your customers are what matters and goes a very long way in bringing those same customers back. You’re getting paid to do a job which you’re doing rather poorly while there are others who would graciously step up yo take your place.I hope that the “We are hiring” sign in your store gets filled by someone who excels in customer service and provides next level care.By the way you telling that senior citizen that there was no one that she could speak to when she requested a manager and to call 310 Bell really made me take notice. You also told her she had to make an appointment and that when she came back if your store was busy that there would be no one to help her. Your store was empty and you could have made her day by helping her but yet again your lack of care and concern is highly disturbing and disappointing. When she questioned the incorrect pricing and suggested she get the price as advertised you also did not care to offer assistance or to appease her mind.The way that Tyler treated that other senior citizen also almost brought me to tears.He offered extreme lack of concern or care to help her.I guess gone are the days when staff at Bell actually gave a care and actually went over and beyond to offer great customer service.Tyler was more interested in getting me to spend more money to upgrade to a more expensive plan so he could probably get a bigger commission.I did upgrade my phone to his recommendation but not with a happy heart.i left the store with a very heavy heart. When my contract is over i know what i will not be doing.I know my review will fall on dead and deaf ears but still thought to give my review anyways.Very unhappy customer.

I had gone to the Bell store in Eastgate Square because I had no data. They said I would have buy a data plan even though I had data on my old phone. Long story short I went to the store in Limeridge and in less than 10 minutes Hamid found out it was a sim card problem, replaced the sim card got me hooked up with everything and NO CHARGE. Next time I won't waste my time at the franchise store but go directly up there.

I went in looking to upgrade my phone and I was assisted by Faez who was extremely helpful. He took the time to look over different phone plan options as well as different devices. While speaking he asked me how much I was paying for my internet with another provider. I realized I was paying way too much and decided to switch to bell Internet as well. He was extremely patient while my phone was changing over to the new device. I never felt rushed, and all my questions were answered. Overall it was a smooth experience and I am very happy with my new phone and internet :)

Our experience today with our Representative Honey was amazing from start adding new phone to our plan to finish transferring our data. Definitely recommend coming to Bell @Limeridge Mall & ask for Honey!!

The only reason there are 2 stars instead of 1 is because Sandra helped me today and she was very polite and accommodating. The reason for the low star rating is due to Tyler" who was very standoffish with my girlfriend and had EXTREMELY horrible people skills and ZERO respect for customers."

We have been dealing with Sandra Beresh over the years exclusively for all our Bell cellular needs. We had set up an appointment to see Sandra today since our families accounts were all in disarray from past account holders. We had been putting off this visit since we knew all the changes that would have to made to update stale accounts would be confusing & frustrating. But, Sandra set aside a big chunk of her time and said she loved a challenge. With her experience, knowledge & patience she worked out all the kinks we had and presto, cleaned up our issues. During the process Sandra took the time to get to know us better and we ended up feeling like we were at the kitchen table having a great chat with an old friend. The whole experience today was beyond average customer service. We are so grateful to this intelligent personable woman who was able to help us cross off a big item on the to-do list. Thank you Sandra, you are phenomenal!!

I went into our local Bell retail store at the LimeRidge Mall in Hamilton Ontario. I had a complicated retail service issue which needed a resolution. I was taken care of by Mehreen and the manager, Kelly. They were incredibly professional and efficient. They dealt with my issue immediately. I was so impressed with the level of customer service that I received. I was extremely grateful to these ladies for the service they provided.

Mehreen is an extraordinary employee. She went above and beyond her call of duty: she was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable in setting me up with my iPhone. My iPhone was stolen and she calmed me down which helped with what I was going through. It meant a lot to me because I was in distress. She also helped lower my bills a little which also helped make the situation better. Well done!

I really value their service because they treat the customer with such calm and friendliness. When I went to the store to purchase my iPhone 14 Pro Max, Honey's service was excellent because she took the time to explain everything to me. She is also very compassionate. They offer their customer's needs a high priority, which I find to be good for all of their staff members. I advise anyone seeking to buy something to at least attempt to go there once.Really happy with their assistance☺☺
