Wonderful customer service. We had issues with our chandelier that we purchased 2 years ago. The Strip lighting was not working and I bought it in to seek their help. They called the supplier, ordered a new frame free of charge and replaced the fault lighting. The ladies in the store rock. They never judge you and try and help you out. Georgetown living lighting rocks. Customer for life....

I have been buying my lighting here for years now. They're a touch pricier than your big box stores, but they've got much better quality and customer service - not to mention a phenomenal selection of lights, fans, and more. I will never buy lighting from somewhere else.

Wonderful people and customer service here. We purchased three pendants and they weren't in stock so they had to be shipped from the manufacturer. When we received them one was broken so we called and living lighting was right on the case. The next day they said they were going to have it replaced. When we got it, it was different (of no fault of living lighting), and again got on the horn to have it rectified. We finally have all matching and working pendants, and thank living lighting for doing everything in their power to make it right.

Don't spend months and months looking online for the perfect light fixture. Come to this store. Their purchasing team has amazing taste and I am sure you will find something that you like for a good price. Their customer service skills are amazing! Give it a go!

Fantastic store. Lots to choose from and really nice stock but what makes it stand out is the wonderful advice and expertise each member of staff happily shares with clients. They have so much knowledge and each piece of advice has been spot on for us! We have every single light fixture in our home from this store and have been really, really happy with each one. Plus the blinds are fab too. Thanks to Paulette and her wonderful team - true professionals. We will be back as we are not yet done renovating our home yet!
