The food? Fantastic and so fresh. The service? Ask for Brent and you won't be at all disappointed. He knows his stuff and can explain the menu to you in such detail you'll want to order the whole menu. The other staff are so amazingly friendly and the atmosphere is bumping. I'm comming back monthly at the very least

I got the burrito bowl and my bf got the burger and we shared the wings, all of it was delicious! Sam our server was kind, and attentive :) highly recommend! May have to try the tequila flights next time ;)

Delicious first visit to Sabrosa! Four of us visited for lunch and tried out a number of items including nachos, tacos, enchiladas and the burger. Brent was our server and was so wonderful and knowledgeable - his passion for good food and drinks was evident. He made some great recos and we know we will be back soon. Everything was so delicious and flavourful and we learned that everything is made fresh as it is ordered - from the nacho chips (perfectly thin, crispy and warm) to the soft wraps on the tacos. The burger was a hit and packed a pleasant heat with the jalapeno in it. The enchiladas were soooooo tasty and the rice and refried beans were awesome. The tacos were tasty - the pork carnitas tacos with grilled pineapple salsa were the favourite out of tacos we had which included the pulled chicken and shrimp tacos (which were really tasty too...but that flavour of the pork and pineapple was a winner). Already looking forward to our next meal here and to try some fun drinks. Lots of local beers and wines on the menu too!Update: Second visit happened and between delicious food (friend with enchiladas and I had the burrito bowl with chicken and we shared taquitos to start) and amazing service with Kimberly, it makes me want to get back often to try more menu items!

Loved Sabrosa. My husband and I stopped in for lunch for the first time, so happy we did. We shared Taquitos, pork carnitas taco, little chicken fried taco and enchiladas with a side Caesar. Everything was fantastic. Great flavours and big portions, very filling! Service was absolutely great from the minute we walked in, lovely hostess greeted us and was so friendly. Our server (Brent)was absolutely amazing, so friendly, and had great food suggestions. We will definitely be back!

Today was my second visit to Sabrosa in Dartmouth. Our server was Brent and he was delightful to be around, was very friendly and knowledgeable and showed that he had a real passion for local fresh food and ingredients. The food, just like the last time, was incredible. Today we tried the Quesabirria and Little Chicken Fried tacos with a Caesar salad and the Mexican rice. I also tried the Coconut Azul margarita as margaritas were 50% off today. The Coconut Azul was my first margarita ever and it may be my new favorite drink, very light and refreshing on a hot summer day. Usually when I eat a Caesar salad I'll eat it with lemon, but theirs is actually prepared with lime. This could very possibly be the best Caesar salad that I've ever had. All in all the service was outstanding and informative, and the food was out of this world. Portions were great and we left quite full. Would definitely recommend checking it out and we will absolutely be going back.

Blown away by my first time there. Everything we had was very tasty. The service was above and beyond. We had a selection of appetizers and two different kinds of tacos. Excited to go back and try some more. Everything sounds delicious!

Clean and friendly atmosphere . We were greeted as soon as we arrived . Food arrival to the table was quick once ordered mind you it was 4pm on a Saturday so we feel like we beat the rush. Portion sizes were ok for some things and others they could have been smaller . Those nachos were my meal and it was on the appetizer menu . The Taquitos were my husbands appetizer . Two adults and 3 teenagers was almost $200 after taxes and tip so a little pricey but I believed you pay for quality and it seems like that is what we got . (No alcohol was ordered) The service was super friendly , multiple servers walked by and asked how everything was . We did have to ask for a refill of water and we also had to ask for ketchup for the fries but all in all super impressed with this new restaurant in town . We always try to support locally owned rather than the chain restaurants . Will definitely be back again to try out something else on the menu .

Our server was absolutely AMAZING, his recommendations were spot on. We got so many dishes and each was 10/10. Half priced margs need to stay for the summer!!! Thank you Brent!! We will be back over and over again!!
