They offer curbside pickup, but their phone line only returns a busy signal/no one picks up despite there being a literal line of people waiting for service nearly 15 minutes after they are supposed to be open.Probably the worst attempt at accommodating clients during covid out of any store and would never recommend anyone support this store when they offer such low standards of customer service.

I've only recently discovered this store again!! Wish come true they deliver!! Serious! Reasonable rates from same day too next day delivery all depending but even ordering 10 little straps that i would'nt think they would even bother but they did!! and awesome modeling clay as well!

As much as I love craft stores, there is always something I can't find here. Always end up going back to online shopping on other sites as theirs has almost nothing to offer or is hard to navigate. Prices are a little high but staff is always friendly.

EXTREMELY RUDE girl at the front with pink hair she was extremely disrespectful, and I’m a nice person I was super happy and in a good mood she asks me what I’m there for I answer and she proceeds to make a snarky comment to me needs to be taught how to be respectful and polite 0 stars if I could for that immediate interaction as soon as I walked inside the store, they need to hire better people asap Only giving 3 stars because it’s not fair to let a business have a bad rep because of one bad employee

Employees are nice. Mostly during this situation (covid) they are very good.The store itself offers many product for your everyday craft.It also has a wide variety of more expensive product for professionals.I cannot forget to mention how much they have to busy up children.It is a wonderful store with great prices.

I went to the Michael’s located in Gatineau. I went there to have 3 paintings framed. They were quite large and could have cost me almost $1000 to be framed. I went on a day where they were offering 50% off their frames. Met a nice gentleman (who’s name I cannot recall). He provided me with great customer service and ideas the frames. I was very satisfied with the suggestions and the they have done a superb job. I would definitely recommend them for framing of any small or oversized art work.

Store extremely clean and spacious! Staff is fantastic. I found what I was looking for but some things are OVER PRICED. I consider this store to people who likes arts, crafts, cooking, etc. And if you want to shop around for better prices well that's your choice...but I consider to do that.

Love this store!! We usually spend at least an hour in here but, unfortunately, the last experience was not so great. Other than an employee who was super proactive regardless of it being her first shift, the other staff was not so proactive in helping us find things, not were they informed about the availability of their products. I'd like to be able to count on the staff for help next time or at least initiative. But, we had amazing service with the custom frame staff a year ago!!
