Great Clips

This was my first time at this location and I will be back again. We were warmly greeted by the two stylists Jenn and Carol.My son is very particular about his hair and Jenn took excellent care. She listened and made sure to that my son was satisfied with the end result. We will be back. What a wonderful experience. Thank you Jenn.

Had a wonderful experience with Jasmine today. She definitely took the time to understand what I wanted and I am very happy with the outcome! I also love the whole check-in online concept, very easy and truly helps minimize the traffic and waiting time! Returning customer here for sure! Thank you again, Jasmine!

One of the worst experiences I have today with them. So much bad behaviour and careless stuff. Please respect the customer no Matter who’s he or she. Even I paid I asked them for a line for my child they even didn’t care about what I sailed I wait a lot and they didn’t do it. So hopeless

Their online system worked. I was notified I'd be next in 6 minutes and I was. The fine lady who cut my hair was personable, pleasant and best of all did a great clip. (See what I did there?). I'll be back.

AMAZING!!! Let me start by saying I was in a major bind today. I have a wedding reception and I had to cancel my appointment with my own hair dresser in Brampton due to time issues. I frantically Googled to find a place to get my hair blow dried and curled. I took a gamble with Great clips and I was absolutely blown (no pun intended) away! Now I’m super picky with my hair which is why I only go to my own hairdresser, but Ray went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease I immediately knew I was in good hands and felt a very positive vibe from the get go. Ray spent her time blow drying and curling my hair to absolute perfection. A lot of care and love went into my hairstyle and I have found my east end hairdresser for life (as long as she stays). Thank you Ray for making me look beautiful for my cousins reception, on a day where I thought I may have to resort to do my own hair (which I literally can’t to save my life) thank you thank you thank you!!!!

Carol cut my 10 year old sons hair and did a great job! Best hair cut he’s ever had.

My whole family have had haircuts here, quick, efficient and polite people. Online appointments so you don’t have to wait in the salon. Overall a little pricy but coupons compensate for it.

Took my father-in-law to get a cut. He was insistent on being taken to far far away for a cut but I suggested somewhere close to him with good reviews. He met Geeti, received his cut, and finished with a smile and appreciation. He will be a regular now for sure.I was with him this time and let me tell you, all the staff are friendly and the place is hopping. Well done.

We just had our little one’s first haircut with Ray and she was AMAZING! My husband normally comes here so we thought we would give it a try and wow I was blown away with how patient and great she was with him. She spent quite a while getting all the stray hairs and making sure it was just right. She even gave him a little styling at the end. I am so happy we found her and can bring our LO here going forward for his cuts. Highly recommend!
