Update: After a year of ownership I am not at all happy with Oliver. Austin was a great help and the customer service he provided was great getting the system set up. The biggest problem with Oliver is the hardware, the Oliver mini is so slow to ring up products that the only way I was able to efficiently add products to the cart was to create barcodes for all my products and use a scanner, even then there will be a 2-5 second delay after scanning a product before you can see it in the cart. For the $500 I paid for the terminal it is immeasurably slower than a $100 tablet. It is also advertised as mobile, but requires a Ethernet connection and does not have a SIM card for cellular data. When the terminal boots up Chinese letters pop up on the screen, it is obvious to everyone that has used this POS system that it is obnoxiously slow. We were told that updates would speed up the terminal but they never did, and one time they crashed the system and I had to uninstall and reinstall the old version of the app just to get my store back up and running. After that I just dealt with the speed so I didn't have to risk it going down again.Another big issue was having to work with another company to integrate payments into the terminal an the real headache comes in when you need to issue a refund. Just recently had a transaction ran twice, because a receipt was not generated and the confirmation screen did not show on the POS for the first transaction. We didn't realize it until after the customer left that they were charged twice. I refunded the payment through the POS, however the customer was never refunded, now I have to manually go into the payment terminal to refund which requires me to have the customers entire CC number... that requires me to call the terminal company. Big headache for something that should be able to be taken care of in a few seconds.I will be canceling my subscription and figure out another way to manage inventory between my website and brick and mortar. Looking into Arcane strategies with stripe because then I will only have one payment processor for website and B&M, and don't require expensive hardware. still haven't made any final decisions yet, but hoping to find something that makes it simple and efficient for small businesses. despite my original optimism, I know for me Oliver is not the solution.Original Review (5 Star): I just purchased an Oliver Mini and the pro subscription for integration with 360payment PAX S300 payment terminal. The Oliver POS integrates with WooCommerce seamlessly, which allows me to keep a single inventory for both my brick and mortar store as well as my online ecommerce site. Austin was amazingly helpful and responsive during the setup process he answered emails immediately. I just ran my first CC on the system and everything worked great! Time will tell more of course, but so far the the customer service from Austin Oliver and the POS itself has been fantastic.

Austin and Uzair were incredibly responsive during the installation process, they answer emails, provide answers, I'm blown away...Especially since I had more help on a free version, than on advanced and extremely expensive software. Customer service is top notch with Austin and Uzair.Many improvements are still possible to push the capabilities of this software even further, such as adding a birthday" field for the customer or his interests.This will allow to prepare even more efficient offers and email campaigns

OliverPOS is absolutely horrible. The marketing team gives the illusion that they are a legitimate business and in the initial meetings they reassure you that their software can handle whatever you need. They advertise integrations and services that don't even work in the most basic definition of the word. So many issues with incorrect totals being charged, tickets printing improperly. Complex products" supposedly support the product add ons feature

I encourage everyone who has a WooCommerce store to check this out asap. Each update has provided great additions, keeps getting better and better, the team and product support is amazing and so far clients, in some cases fearful of leaving a cash register from the 1990s are rapt with how easy it is to use. If you are currently running WooCommerce and a store, or popup or the like give it a go for sure.
