Chipotle Mexican Grill
Wife, my daughter and my mother decided to stop here for lunch on a day drive to Plattsburgh, NY. I had the burrito (I had steak and my mom the chicken) while wife and daughter had the rice bowl. Everything was delicious and we loved it. Staff very friendly. Knocked out 1 star because soft drink dispenser was broken, no spoons available and a little expensive (almost $60 for 4 adults).

As a first time customer I felt like I was bothering the staff. They were not mean or angry, just, well, doing what they had to. I was disappointed. I hear people say it's fire!" and I'm left struggling to find what I like because they didn't know the cut of meat involved. I ended up googling the menu after. But I got chicken and it was great. The options I picked were a bit jumbled because I didn't know the portions. But over all I enjoyed what I got.If I didn't ask for a meal I wouldn't have gotten one.Had to ask for a fork.Had to ask for a drink after pushing me thru as if I was cattle.I only go back because it's the closest one and it's rare because it's 2 hours from me. I get it sometimes when there for work.Quality is great. But

Chipotle Mexican Grill
Food is great, but can't say the same for portion size. Being that I'm Canadian though, the portion size of the chicken bowl wasn't impressive. Plus, being that it's a Mexican grill restaurant, you'd think guacamole, sour cream, and chips would be included. I mean, it's a staple in most Mexican restaurants...

Chipotle Mexican Grill
Staff was helpful, friendly, efficient and fast. This was only the second time I've eaten at a Chipotle and the staff was great, food was great and ready fast. My only suggestion would be to have a dedicated staff member to keep the dining area cleaned during high traffic times. The trash was over flowing and the tables were covered in food. We were there at least 40 minutes and no one ever came to address these issues.

$$ the food is amazing, came from Montreal, Canada to eat this for the first time.The spice is on point the meat was great loved the consistency of the meal one burrito was hard to finish by myselfThe staff was super helpful despite our late arrival great costumer service would recommend to anyone any day

Chipotle Mexican Grill
I ordered a bowl with chicken and she put maybe a 1/4 cup of chicken in it. When I asked if she could put more she literally said the price would double. It used to be a great place to go. Now its full of woke servers with attitude and small portions. I wont go again.

The ones in Vermont are horrible. We take the ferry to NY just to get this! Staff is very nice and quick.

Chipotle Mexican Grill
Very good, but the portions are SO BIG. Not entirely clear if options are either/or OR anything goes - probably because I was a first-timer; I'll know better next time. Service was fine.
