My file was handled by Sameeha. She was very friendly, informative and extremely helpful. I was extremely satisfied with the level of patience, especially as it is hard to come across employees who take their time to do things properly. Everything was dealt with promptly and fairly quick responses each time. Overall I had a great experience, and would definitely recommend!
