Great, knowledgeable employees who work with you to get you the furniture you deserve. My house looks amazing thanks to Lynn and the wonderful people at Surplus. When they say act now, do it, because what you want won't be there tomorrow. Highly recommended. They've got whatever you need at every price point.

Terrible experience. I hadn't even decided which bed I wanted yet and he ran my credit for the most expensive one and I ended up choosing to go with a cheaper one. Now I'm stuck with a credit and every time I go in there it's total harassment. As soon as you walk in the door they're asking you questions and bombarding you. I asked multiple times to be left alone but they did not listen and kept sending different representatives.

Buyer beware! My husband purchased a 2,000.00 couch for us. They recommended the extra warranty, which we purchased. We have had it for a year, since day one there has been a depression on one end, so that when I sit it slopes downward. I generally use a pillow on my right side for comfort . Even with the extra warranty this company refused our request and call it wear and tear. Don't trust them or their warranty, we were taken for a ride. Don't be fooled!

Bought a loveseat and sofa combo in September of 22 and after half a year the springs are already shot. Seats completely sag in to where you can feel the frame in spots through the cushions. Nothing should wear out that fast, bought extended coverage but they won’t help. Have tried to start a claim through the store also but they don’t reply. Also there’s absolutely no evidence of tags on these items. Don’t think that’s right to sell items with no manufacturer tags.

Bought a sectional couch $2200 the cushions didn't last a year I purchased the extra warranty it doesn't cover much after inquiring for them to fix but no such thing . There's only 2 of us who use it . It should last longer then year . But nope it's garbage I don't think I recommend surplus furniture. Or the extra warranty it's not worth the paper it's written on what a waste of $2200 I left my number for them to call me back and nothing . Talked to a sales guy he told me to maybe take the cushions to a furniture repair place and grt better foam to replace the garbage they use . . After this very disappointing ripoff. I make sure I let everyone know that surplus furniture is a complete scam and never deal with them

Really pleased with my purchase this week! I had originally gone to the store, purchased a sectional and arranged delivery ( their 3rd party delivery people were awesome!) Upon the furniture arriving, I discovered it just would not fit in the elevator, only missing by 2 inches - I had it returned with no issues and went back the next day and decided on another sectional which worked out wonderfully and fit my space the way I hoped.Great prices, the piece works well in my home and I will be going there first the next time I want to buy furnishings for my home! Really nice staff and the prices cannot be beat!

Lynn is one of the sales rep here. She was very professional in resolving an issue I had with a deal they had going within regards to their promotion. Quality is good. Prices are manageable higher end then Ikea. I got approved with financing is the only reason why I went ahead with it. That being said I asked her is it a soft credit check or a hard credit check. She said Soft credit check but hard points got knocked off. It's satisfactory here. You might find your style n your comfort. I recommend it.
