Upgrading my windows and doors was very stressful for me. My husband was more concerned about the durability and quality, and of course, I wanted it to be pretty. On top of that, we had a budget we need to work within. I spoke to five different companies and decided to go with Halton. Anthony made us comfortable from the start. Unlike the other companies, I felt that he listened to what we needed, not trying to sell us what they have in stock. Their installation crew is great. They were polite and respectful when they were at my home. They finished on time and they didn't leave a mess for me to clean. My windows and door look amazing, my husband is happy as well. I definitely recommend them!

I had 12 windows put into my 100 year old home. They took such good care, installed various size windows without damaging any trim or hard wood floors. They were very tidy and friendly. Cleaned both inside and outside after the job was completed. Couldn't be happier with the experience. Highly recommend this company!

Excellent service from beginning to end. Barry was thorough at our introductory meeting, Mike answered all our technical questions, Marie helped us pick our selections, and Martin and Alex's workmanship on the install was impeccable. Our old windows were removed and taken away, the new windows installed with new casing and cladding, everything sealed to look good and endure, and it all cleaned up during the process. We were nervous because windows are a long-term investment and we didn't want to choose the wrong colour, style, or end up with cheap windows we would regret. No regrets here. Gorgeous look, smooth glide functionality, quality workmanship and an overall stress-free, positive experience. We are so happy with our windows. We highly recommend Halton Window and Door.

We recently purchased a front door and we are very pleased with the product. The installers were very thorough and courteous as well as very clean. They were able to answer our questions during the install. The job was done in a timely manner as well. We are amazed at the quality of the door. Sound proof and air tight which we are happy about. Selection was also great when it came to choosing our door.Thank you Marie for helping us through the process.

Purchased 5 windows, 2 doors from Halton Windows and was fantastic. One door had to be cut out from house to garage and Mike went above an beyond to fix a little issue we ran into when cutting out the door to the Garage. The installers, Martin and team excellent installers. All around fantastic to deal with, from beginning to end! Great job guys! Highly Recommended!

Our job required the replacement of 13 windows and a door. They guided us through the process in our house selecting the right type of window for our needs and in the showroom with different choices like trim colour/glass.The crew that came out did a wonderful job. They kept us informed on the progress and made sure we were happy with the end result. The end result looked fantastic and everyone we dealt with throughout the process was polite and helpful.

I had 10 windows and a large bay window installed and they did an awesome job. I watched as they leveled and sealed with foam insulation around every frame.The installers were very professional and courteous, and they cleaned up every thing after as if they were never there.All those windows in just 2 days with no draft or leaks . I had such a wonderful experience with Halton Windows & Doors. I have a 130+ year old row-home that required retrofitted windows/ door due to the openings being changed by varying owners throughout the years. The installed team at Halton was able to properly seal the new windows and made sure they looked great too. They were very friendly and knowledgable, and their install job was top tier. Marie in the office is wonderful as well. She was very patient with my needs and worked with me over the course of a few months to ensure I was getting what I needed for a great price.

They 1st installed the wrong door. They told us to keep it and they would be back to install the correct door. As we waited for months for the correct door the snow and ice was blowing into the house from under the door. After weeks of calling they came back and adjusted the door so the snow stopped coming into the house. Months later the correct door was installed. After the installers left we noticed a large dent in the door. When we called to report it they said it wasn't them and we must have damaged the door. $5,000 for a dented door, what a joke of a company.
