Huge shout out today to Andrew. Got a flat tire today on my way to an appointment, he responded so quickly, put a patch in my old tire to drive it to his shop and gave me a used tire he had so I could continue on my way to my appointment. His team had my old tire off and the new tire on in minutes. Thank you so much for your great service and helping me out! I truly appreciate it and will most definitely be supporting and recommending your business!

Amazing Service. Booked me in within a week, got my car in right when I dropped it off and got it done faster than they estimated and for $300.00 + cheaper than the dealership. And to top it off a friendly goodbye by name! Definitely will be bringing my car here from now on!

I just had the best experience there! It was my first time visiting service star since moving to darlings island and I had to go in to get my engine light checked and they were more than happy to look at a few other problems I had concerns about while I was there. The owner was very friendly and welcoming and took the time to explain the issues to me personally! Usually being a young female, auto shops take every opportunity to rip me off, but service star was kind, professional, and very informative. I will definitely be back for all my car troubles and recommending it to friends!

I had to drive my husband to an appointment this morning and when we stopped at a traffic light there was a noise from under the car. We hadn't heard it before but it got worse as the morning went on. My husband is a CF Veteran who suffers from PTSD. His truck burnt to the ground from an electrical fire in the door back in July so we only have one vehicle now and my husband is very paranoid that something could happen to our remaining vehicle. I popped into Service Star hoping they could help me, but they were booking appointments for the following week. My emotions overcame me and the owner said he understood and he'd look at it right away. It was something minor and took only minutes to fix, but when Andrew brought me the keys back he wouldn't accept any money; to say this man/company made our day is an absolute understatement! In today's society we don't run into too many people who will stop what they are doing to help a virtual stranger out; I will be forever grateful to Andrew and his team today as it helped to calm my husband down knowing the problem was fixed! Thank you again, Andrew and team at Service Star Auto Ltd!
