Purchased a Corolla hatchback with Scott as our salesman. Great service, listened to what my needs and wants were. Kept me within budget and went over all the dials and buttons upon pick up. Great salesman. Highly recommend

Our first time dealing with Toyota City and we were not disappointed, happy we took the drive to Wetaskiwin to check out an in-stock 2023 truck. Scott Montgomery was awesome to deal with, zero pressure, zero tactics sales process, and we were treated with respect and dignity, thank you! We felt we received a fair deal...they were happy, and we are happy with our new truck! Our interactions with Yoomi/Finance and Cody/GM were also very pleasant and professional. I would recommend this dealership; they earned 5 STARS and our business!!

We purchased our van here a few years ago but when it came to the recall, I called several times trying to book something in and then after they said they’d call me back to book me in they never did. Definitely not great customer service. The only reason they didn’t get 1 star is because gateway Toyota was worse.

Our sales person Dave was great but unfortunately the car they sold us was a lemon. We bought a used 2016 bmw 535 with only 60k km on it for $35k. Within a month, the car had to be towed to BMW and they diagnosed the engine to be seized and it would cost 18k to replace the engine. Before buying the car, we were assured that the car was in great condition and there would be no problems and that it was fully inspected to meet Toyotas high standard. Little did we know they were just feeding us lies to get the sale like the scummy business people that they are. We have made numerous attempts to get with management to resolve this situation but they just ignore all messages. We went down to confront them in person and all they said was they didn't receive any messages, just excuses and lies. This dealership takes no accountability on what they are selling as long as they get the sale. I don't want any other people to buy from these scam artists. We have a formal complaint filed with Amvic and they will help us with this dispute. Our experience with how toyata wetaskiwin is absolutely horrid and would not wish this upon anyone. They are unwilling to even work with us to figure out a solution and now we are out $35k for a car that does not turn on one month after buying. They should really inspect their vehicles better before lying to the customers.

What has happened to the service department? In the last three visits, there have been issues. No one seems to know what they are doing. They never have parts in stock, and I have to make multiple trips to Wetaskiwin. Regular maintenance has always been good, but now the vehicle is off warranty, and my van is having issues. I always leave here frustrated and unconfident that my van has been fixed.

Just had to drop a quick review on how easy and smooth my experience was with my salesperson Scott Montgomery. We did this entire deal from out of town. Worked out fantastically. Finance person Yoomi as well was so pleasant to deal with. Thanks so much!!!

A friend of mine purchased a newer BMW with 60k Kms from this dealership with the assurance that the vehicle was in perfect order And reassured them that all would be good. Little later then a month goes by and the car is being towed in with a seized engine !!! They will take no responsibility for repairs or even try to come to an agreement on how to resolve or keep my friend as customer ! I’m not sure what kind of scam this auto dealer is trying to pull but in this day and age , customer service is key and they do not have it !! I will be letting all my friends and family know to stay clear of this establishment for any future purchases. I’d leave a zero rating but it only goes as low as one star ... Shame , Shame
