Library Square Conference Centre | Vancouver Public Library | Our meeting rooms can be rented Monday-Friday for private events for up to 100 people. Private events are organized for invited guests only, and no one from the public may attend or purchase a ticket to attend. Please submit your request a minimum of 14 days prior to the event. At this time, we also accept bookings for:

I tried to book a room to talk to 50 people here about healing addiction, a massive problem in Vancouver and they said we can't advertise the event. Private parties only.

I had not walked in for 20years. When I did my membership card was still valid and only validated again. That is good service .The library attracts people at all ages .It's equipped with most modern computers and printers. And very user friendly.
