Gateway Alliance Medical Clinic - East Regina

This clinic is a joke. The front staff at south location is extremely professional and rude. The wait times are horrendous. What's the point of making an appointment when you still have to wait for 2 hours afterwards.I was told on phone to come see the doctor in South location, the front staff checked me in,made me wait for an hour and informed me that I need to go to east location. I went to east location and hadto wait another hour before I could see the doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Juggernath for over a decade and I cannot recommend him enough. He is very knowledgeable and competent, and I trust his professional opinion 100%. He has proven over the years to be caring and attentive. I always feel listened to and tended to in the highest degree. The way he explains the issue at hand is very reassuring when you need it the most. His bedside manner is very calming. You know when someone is meant to be a doctor and Dr. Juggernath is certainly a great example of that.

Poor customer service. Called and was put in queue (place number 8). I waited on the phone for 15 minutes, no call back option. After investing time waiting in line the automated phone system told me that their lines were busy and I should call back later... so I guess I have to get back in at the end of the line?Simple solution... put in a call back feature... offer online booking with my family physician...I got an appointment the next day which was nice to be able to get in quickly, but my appointment was at 11:15a and I didn't get to see the doctor until 12:45pm.When you look at medical clinics across Regina they all have low ratings. Why is this the standard of service that we have come to expect in this city?That being said, Dr. Juggernath is a good doctor.

Although you may have an appointment be prepared to wait an additional hour. I would give this 0 stars if given the chance. First appointment with my son the doctor nearly looked at him and his initial diagnoses was extremely incorrect they are in such a rush it was actually sad to experience as they can really hurt someone. Reception is unapologetically slow and they filled out the entire walk in clinic so full - everyone was squished in which implies they are booking too many people in a short time slot. The doctor referred me for X-rays and said he would call the next day with my sons results. He called me the next day to tell me he didn’t have them and would call me when he gets them ( shouldn’t you know when you get results from X-rays?) then they called me to say my results were in made an appointment which they said they cannot do over the phone and made me wait an hour to come in and they didn’t have my results! Why would you call me and make an appointment in person? So horrendous of an experience

There are multiple reasons for the one star here. First, it’s that it always takes so long to get to the front desk. Even when you’re first in the call queue, it could take a while. Second, whenever an appointment is booked for a specific time, across my multiple visits, I have always had to wait an extra 15-20 minutes just to get seen. Lastly, I had called in to book an appointment over the phone and the time provided was going to be challenging for me because I would be at work. Instead of proposing a different day or trying to help me figure something out, the lady at the desk literally, in the most lackadaisical way, told me no and that that’s how it is. Not really a fan of the customer service here. Thus, one-star.

I been to all the 3 gateway alliance locations, the east one is the worst one, place is not clean, rudest receptionist in the city.She doesn’t know how to be professional, we expect better people at a medical office.First of all she sits like she is on her couch with her feet up and talk to the patients like she is the boss, no greetings nothing.On my visit on Jan 4/2022, had a terrible experience with her. She tried to send me home without the requisition that my doctor requested. She came and told me , I don’t need a requisition, and I don’t need a follow up appointment, totally other way what doctor told me on the visit.So I stayed there and refused to leave, and she started raising her voice and being rude, doctor came out and he asked what’s the matter , when I explained what has happened and I am still waiting for my requisition, that receptionist was lie ing the entire time for what ever reason.No apology , nothing, ones confronted, she just bend her head.Been to other locations and never had these problems, the north location seems to be spacious and clean.

I had a doctor just walk out on me in the middle of an appointment. I was confused because he did not explain what was going on with my prescriptions. I was shocked! The receptionist always hangs up and is very rude. You make an appointment for a certain time and it takes between 45 minutes to 1 hour to actually see the doctor, so why make an appointment? DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BOOTS/SHOES UNATTENDED AT THIS BUSINESS!On Friday March 10th I came in for my appointment.They have a policy where you have to take off your boots and leave them at the front.After I finished my appointment with the physician and was about to leave. I come to find out my boots were missing. Best part is there is no CCTV where the boots are.After talking to gayatri, on Friday she told me she would contact every patient that was there and try to locate them for me.I waited almost half hour in the clinic with no luck from Gayatri.Then she told me she would continue to try and locate the boots. I asked her if I’d be reimbursed if she can’t find them. While I was at the clinic, she said They would reimburse me.The entire weekend they spent “trying to locate my boots” to no avail. They sent me to a patient who had someone else’s boots.Then when I asked her to reimburse me, she said that’s not their policy. When I pointed out that it’s your policy for patients to take off their shoes. Also why would you initially agree to reimburse me and then switch up your answer.I have filed a police report and a small claims is being filed against their business by me.

The first time I contacted this clinic to book an appointment or get walk-in information, they were able to book me for the same day with Dr. Javadi, whom I wanted to visit.I was 10 minutes late to the appointment and had to wait another half an hour to see the doctor.The receptionist was nice and friendly. The clinic was a bit crowded for the time of the day (the appointment was at 11:30 am).Dr Javadi was very professional and helpful. He spent about 20 minutes listening to every single detail. He also suggested a follow up appointment in 5 days.So the second time I was there, I had an appointment as early as 8:15 am and the clinic opens at 8 am. Surprisingly, there were 3 patients ahead of me and again I had to wait 45 minutes before seeing the doctor.

One of the most incompetent office managements I have endured. Complete failure of the different locations to communicate. Information on file is rarely reviewed or is inaccurate. While some of the doctors may be favourable, the front & back end management will prevent any acceptable level of communication(s).There must be better in Regina?
