Mr Lee's Dry Cleaning

Not only is he the sweetest man, the service is fast and fair priced. I would not think to go to another dry cleaner in the entertainment/fashion district. He even remembered a week later than I had a job interview and asked how it went. Customer Service is 10/10!

DO NOT USE. charged $38 to clean evening gown that was brand new. Only needed it cleaned for a wedding party because the seamstress office smelt like cigarette smoke. The dress came back and still had cigarette smoke. Would not reimburse.Same $160 drycleaners bill left me with a poorly stitched up crotch in my shorts. Wore them once and first time I sat down the crotch split wide open. Funny for my friend to watch and not so funny when you only packed 2 pairs of board shorts for a carribean holiday.My custom dress pants must have been laundered here and not drycleaned because they came back shrunk. Shorty and tighter on my calves. Now when I walk up stairs the pants are so tight on my legs that they ride up and I have to physically pull them down again. Mr Lee insists that they drycleaned them.All these services were for a wedding party in Jamaica and of course we did not find out about these problems until now while in Jamaica and short on clothing and my gf has to wear a dress that smells like cigarette smoke and neither of us smoke.Bad service. Bad customer support.

Have had several items of clothing altered by Mr. Lee's wife; her work is top notch quality. And they are both so lovely! Would highly recommend.

Avoid at all cost ! Pricing change every week ! overcharges for brand names. Robber ! does not respect regular customers. Go across the street, people are honest there and kind.
