Friendly staff. Excellent dentist who is also a dental surgeon. Very thorough dental exam and Hi-Tech digital x-rays. I had a few questions and they were all answered very patiently and thoroughly.They did X-rays and found a pain-free cavity at the early stage. The Dentist will fix it, and the wait is only 1 day.I also have another very quick appointment to get my teeth cleaned.My first visit here as I am new in town. But I can say for sure I will be coming back to Smiles" for all of my cleanings and dental needs.I will recommend "Smiles" to friends and family."

I've been a satisfied patient of Dr. Wassenaar and his team for a decade and have always received excellent service. In late 2019 I decided to match my dental health to my excellent overall health.Dr. Wassenaar's evaluation led to 15 months of dental work, including 6 dental implants and removal of existing crowns. The team made me feel relaxed and completely comfortable during the numerous treatment sessions. Scheduling and payment processing was handled efficiently and in a friendly manner by the clinic's office staff.All this happened during the Covid-19 pandemic and the team's safety measures made me feel comfortable at all times.I now have 8 dental implants in total, 2 from previous sessions with Dr. Wassenaar, and it seems like I never lost a tooth in my life. I can't begin to describe the difference this makes to my quality of life and overall well-being. I understand this is a costly undertaking, but the results are well worth it. Best office I have gone to. They are taking precautionary covid measures serious and have a good system set up to accommodate coming to and leaving the office.I was very happy with the receptionist Jen who greeted me and my hygienist Krista. Always very pleased with the service I receive. 5 stars!

I will not be going back to this dental clinic. The receptionist was very rude. It was my first time there, and she didn't say hi or anything. She just told me to go fill out a bunch of forms and wait with my 3 kids at the front door. She didn't want me to meet the dentist that would be working on my kids teeth. She was just so rude, I had to leave. They lost 5 clients, my whole family that day. I will be going to another dental clinic. I have never experienced such rude behaviour at a dental clinic before.

I live in Toronto and visit Williams Lake quite often. I chose Williams Lake Smiles when I first visited Williams Lake 3 years ago over other dental clinics including the ones in Toronto and I have found this clinic best. It offers all the dental cares that every patient would need without being referred out. Dr. Wassenaar is amazing. He did a dental implant for me and the result was just perfect. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Krista and Andrea are very good hygienists. They always do deep cleanings and explain things to me in detail. Jen is very caring and kind. All assistants are very good and pleasant to be with. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Wow! What a positive experience! I just moved up here from Chilliwack and I was with the same dentist since I was a kid. Needed to make the switch when I moved and I am so happy. My procedure (fillings) was completely painless and efficient. I had so much going on and Dr Patel and Corey made sure I was always comfortable throughout. They were a dream team. I love Williams lake smiles, and I'll make sure my whole family is signed up here.

I have been going to Smiles since moving to Williams lake for everything from implants to cleanings it’s always a pleasure. Rudy and his assistants are always very thorough and willing to answer any questions I have to ask. I always dreaded getting cleanings done previously but when I started my cleanings at smiles that all changed. Incredibly detail oriented hygienist Jenny does pain free cleanings that anyone can sit through. I would highly recommend Smiles to anyone in the Cariboo.

Many years ago I had a serious boating accident severely breaking my jaw and damaging almost all of my teeth so I have had extensive dental work over the years and I am very particular who works on my teeth.I had a consult with Dr Rudy who told me I needed an extensive sinus lift and bone grafting ( I had a minor sinus lift and bone grafting 2 years ago and it didn’t work) and he and his assistant explained to me how it would all work so I agreed to have him do this. I expected to experience pain post procedure but I never felt any pain after the freezing came out. Yes, there was a bit of swelling but no pain. I felt so good that I actually questioned jokingly that he didn’t actually do anything in my mouth. I came back two weeks later to have the stitches removed and Dr Rudy was so gentle, I felt nothing. As I said, over the years I have experienced many dentists and specialists working in my mouth and I have to give Dr Rudy and his assistant a 5 star rating. Very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them and look forward to the rest of my dental work to be a success.

Today I came in for the first time and felt immediately comfortable. The ladies at the desk were very friendly. Dr. Wassenaar and I had a nice talk in Dutch. Great to have a dentist you can talk to in your own language. Although I did not have a treatment yet, I have all faith in good results.
