The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. I’ve been going with them for a complicated process (Dental implants for my two front teeth) and then for keeping up and cleaning. Every visit is like visiting friends. I couldn’t be happier with the results. The dentist was honest and straight forward. I have been to other dentists that exaggerated what my needs were in order to make more money. So it was a relief to find a dentist with integrity. In doing the two implants for my front teeth, no complications were found post-op.Honorable mention; being a university student living far from the dental office, the staff were more than accommodating working around my travel schedule.

I am so glad I went to Tansley Woods Dentistry and talked to Dr.Nguyen. I found him very knowledgeable and up to date on new dental technology. We decided a tooth implant was best for my problem. Dr. Nguyen gave me enough freezing so I felt no pain with my tooth extraction. I was given a post care package with items and instructions to help my recovery. Before my implant appointment, Dr. Nguyen called to help calmed my anxiety. With Dr. Nguyen's experienced gentle touch, again I felt no pain or discomfort. After showing me the X-RAYs and explaining what he had done that day. Again I went home with items to help me recover.Also Mai's happy and friendly greeting is wonderful when I enter the office and she always remember my name.I recommended Dr. Nguyen to all my friends and anyone looking for dental implants.

Dr. Nguyen is hands down THE BEST dentist I've ever been to! He and his team are the sweetest, most attentive, and funniest team I've ever encountered. They are soo understanding and always so helpful and unlike the other dentists I've been to, I never once felt insecure or judged during an appointment. I came to Dr. Nguyen for an invisalign treatment and I enjoyed the entire process! He was honest and transparent and he really cared about the concerns I had. He and his team took care of my biggest insecurity and my fear of going to the dentist!I honestly never looked forward to a dentist appointment until I started seeing Dr. Nguyen (and Mai!!!). By far the best dentist and practice I’ve ever experienced in my nearly 40 years. Friendly staff that treat you like family, exceptionally clean facilities and very accommodating to any needs.They have fit me in, with a moments notice when I was expediting tooth pain multiple times and referred me to an incredible location for wisdom tooth extraction.Dr. Nguyen and his staff are very honest and open about treatments and any costs.They have made dentist visits something our family looks forward to versus dreads.

A friend had gum grafting done with Dr. Nguyen and shared photos of her results with me. After years of putting it off because I was afraid of the procedure, I booked an appointment at Tansley Woods and was so happy with their care, I've decided to make them my go-to dental office (after 30 years with my old office!). I'm usually very anxious before visits to the dentist but Dr. Nguyen was so gentle and the whole staff is so welcoming. It was a great experience and I'm so glad I decided to have the gum grafting procedure done before my wedding later this year. Highly recommend!

THE BEST DENTIST I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! I am so glad I discovered Dr. Nguyen. Him and his team are awesome. The office has a very positive and upbeat feel to it. Mai always greets me with a smile and super accommodating. Alicia, Dr. Nguyen's assistant is very nice to talk to. Very friendly, reminds me of a Disney princess! And of course, Dr. Nguyen is so professional, fun, and has a warm personality. The whole team takes their time to get to know you. They explain every step during my treatment, I felt like I was in control. They make you feel super comfortable. You can even watch Netflix while getting your teeth cleaned! Tansley Woods is a different experience than you get from any other dentist. It's obvious they make customer service a priority. Every visit I feel incredibly welcome. They have been upfront about costs which has alleviated a lot of stress, and they are efficient with each appointment. I just got 2 implants and my smile looks better than it has in years! Id recommend this place 10/10.

We recently changed dentists, mainly due to seeing and hearing about Tansley Woods Dentistry's exceptional sterilization procedures. We went for an orientation and consultation and were very impressed with Dr Nguyen and his staff's professional mannerisms. We received a summarized estimate of work that we had thought about for years. Dr. Nguyen took the time to explain the procedures in detail, with no pressure. We felt very confident in going forward with the treatment plan.We decided to replace crowns and have bone grafting and skin grafting for 2 dental implants. Dr Nguyen constantly monitored the implant sights with frequent visits to ensure proper healing. Every time we went to our appointments, the work was done on time, as expected, and professionally administrated. He also personally phoned me the next day to follow up on how I was doing after the surgeries. His staff is very personable and caring. We have never had such confidence in a dentist, knowing that any work was expertly and meticulously performed. We wholeheartedly endorse and recommend Dr Nguyen and Tansley Woods Dentistry, and know that all his patients receive the very best in dental care in a very positive, caring and uplifting environment.

At the time, I was new to the neighbourhood and was looking for a dentist. I stumbled upon Tansley Woods Dentistry which was close by and convenient to get to. There was a news article on how they offered their services to a new family in Canada which I got good vibes from. I made the call to switch and make my first appointment. Little did I know that the staff was super warming and welcoming. Every single staff member always had a smile and great conversation! The receptionist Mai, all the dental assistants and Dr. Nguyen are so friendly. They make an effort to get to know you and it doesn’t really feel like you’re at the dentist. They know what they’re doing and walk you through everything prior to starting. During the procedures, they ask periodically if you are comfortable and not feeling any pain. This place is great, and now, I actually enjoy going to the dentist. I highly recommend them to everyone I know!
