Went to this Store in Scarborough. The Customer Service from the Manager and Staff was Exceptional. Made my shopping experience a great one. Will definitely go back.

Shopped here a few times and the customer service is always lacking. There were three people on staff the last time and not one offered me help. I had to open the change room door half dressed just to flag one down. Newer employees seem to struggle understanding the current promotions so it’s usually a guessing game until I arrive at cash.

They have nice outfits but the customer service has always been sub-par. However, this time the person who was assisting me went out of her way, even though I approached her and was not greeted when entered the store.

Came by this store today specifically to buy a bra. I dislike any type of shopping especially clothing. The store is spacious, well lit and clean.I was very impressed with the customer service I received.Anytime I asked a question, the response was prompt…an associate was always near by. I would like to thank Erin who was very helpful while I was trying things on in the change room and she is also helpful and very nice.Alyssa, Lori and Kaaenaat (excuse my sp) were really kind and professional.

Didn’t like the selection or the customer service. Was in there for at least 30 mins struggling with finding a jacket and there were 5 employees there, not one helped. Kind of looked at me like they wanted me to leave, so I did. Couldn’t tell if it was a race thing tbh. There are better stores for plus size people out there, try torrid.

The staff in the store are awesome. I brought back and gift item and I was able to get a replacement item without any problems at all. The size was too big so I had to get a smaller size they didn't have that particular top but I was able to exchange and get another one which I really enjoyed even better. All within 15 minutes of the store closing. They were very very nice and didn't rush me out at all.
