Walmart Pharmacy

I've been going here regularly for several years for my prescription. Never experienced any issues; everyone is always friendly and helpful.

Useless. Was with them less than a year before. They dont want to do there job they leave it all in customers hands. Wife is stuck out of town without meds and cant get Walmart to send her prescription to the walmart in her area so she can have her meds. They told me to go get the prescription from my dr and send out on my own. I'm sorry she will be back in town before I could even get appointment to get refills. Walmart has always faced are refills off but since there location isnt making the money off this 1 refill they dont want to help. Today was my last day as a Walmart pharmacy customer. This isnt the first issue but I dont want to dive anymore into it otherwise it be all day. Looking for new pharmacy now

They are friendly but sometimes I think they could use a little compassion and understanding of a customer's situation and help with a little ointment or cream when a customer is suffering from being sore with eczema but Walmart is all about being profit driven and not empathy for people who suffer from any medical issues but they do try to understand a little and do what they can because the Doctor's make mistakes on prescriptions and that's not their fault.. that's why they get 3 Stars for at least understanding.

Came here for the first time and had top notch service by the Pharmacy Manager Matt. Being out of province, we weren't sure if our insurance card would work but he tried and managed to input without issue. He took the extra time to help us and then explained the medication in depth and answered all of my questions. This guy went out of his way to provide the best customer service in have experienced in a while. Kudos to him. Walmart is lucky to have such a great guy working for them!
