Good website, easy ordering process. I ordered a dishwasher pressure sensor. The part worked just fine and came as described. However, I dinged a star because I paid for 2-3 business day shipping and it took five business days to arrive.

Ordered a lint filter for my dryer. Got some kind of oven electrical heating unit. Ok, mistakes were made. But the return process was cumbersome. They wanted a picture. They wanted an order number. There are 3 numbers on the shipping label that have order" attached to them. I found the right one on the 3rd try

Ordered a part that was in stock when I ordered it. Website states 1-5 days delivery. After 2 weeks, I email the company. No response. Email them again. Finally get a response. They state it is now backordered & I will be emailed when it ships. No explanation as to why I wasn't informed it was backordered. No offer to refund part or all of the shipping cost I paid.Very poor customer service. False advertising on website. Inaccurate ordering info.

I was trying to get a lower dish rack for my dishwasher from Whirlpool.com and this website pop up by the time that I place the order was too late, that was the first problem. Then I call them and tell them what happens and I ask if that rack is not good for my dishwasher can I return it and will you send me a pay label, they said yes. So I keeped the order. But before I get the dish rack my dishwasher broke, so I called to cancel, but they didn't want to cancel and they make me wait until the dish rack arrived and then they send me a RA# but not a pay label so cost me to pay for something that I could have cancel $51.85 to send it back. I ask for a courtesy credit and they denied it. So be careful with this websitethen they didn't want to cancel the order to see if they will give me a cirte

We've ordered from partselect.ca 2 different times and they have been amazing. Once for a dryer part and last week we needed to order a new locking mechanism for our washer. Ordered part Friday and it arrived Monday afternoon. The link to the installation video was so incredibly helpful and even walked you through some additional troubleshooting.Very grateful I was able to order this part and install ourself instead of having to hire someone to do it or worse replace the washer. Thank you partselct!!!

Never buy anything from them they show some pics on website then when u receive parts nothing related to that. I ordered a part for 108 plus tax for my white fridge as the part color was white I got a different color and type which was available in market for 60 cad. Shame on you for unethical marketing. I will report it for unfair marketing. Order from Amazon, Walmart

When I followed up where my part was they say it’s back ordered as stated on the website??? I can tell you I would never order a back ordered part. Won’t issue a refund so Now I’m stuck waiting over 2 weeks for a fuse I should have gotten in a few days. Highly recommend using any one of the numerous other parts websites out there. PS still waiting for someone to respond to my email so don’t bother contacting them that way.

I went on line to find a part for my Frigidaire Professional Stove. I was disappointed by the fact that they seem to advertise in their statement that they offer a technical help on line through a chat/phone call. When I made contact I was told that they only provide the part not technical advice. Fair enough have that on your webpage. So just so you know, there was no technical advice, so you were on your own for guessing the issue, diagnosing the issue and hoping that you are ordering the right part. Shipping costs were in my opinion a little high considering that it took over 10 days to get from Nova Scotia, to Alberta. It took 15 mins to put it in. This was a element switch... So far the switch was the correct part to replace.... But what if it wasn't?
