I’ve been coming to this location for years. The staff are friendly.However, they don’t always acknowledge you when you walk in the store. This usually happens when they are busy. The store is clean and tidy. I’ve made several visits recently because Bell is prompting me to change my Plan. I had numerous questions about this. The staff have answered all my questions. I was unsure if I was going to continue with Bell. I have decided to renew my plan with Bell thanks to the staff at this location.

I got my latest phone from this location and the sales associate Jeremy who helped me was excellent! I was debating switching to Rogers but Jeremy convinced me to stay and I'm happy with that decision! He made good recommendations based on what I was looking for and helped me choose a plan I'm happy with!

The staff were great I was going 2 switch from my carrier 2 them but mine cut me a deal I couldn't refuse a little more then bell but better data from my carrier

I absolutely love the curiousness and positive customer experiences every single time I come into the store. The whole staff is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and is clear and concise. The only store I will ever do business with, as calling into Bell Mobility is a complete utter waste of time.

Came in to store to get help with my late mother's service, told to call had to deal with all the hassle of trying to find who I needed to talk to by calling a 1-800 number and was given a postit note with a number and told that I need to take the equipment that I had brought in home and find a box and then take it to Canada Post...

Byron and Matt were super helpful and hooked my wife and I up with new phones with ease. Both guys were stellar. If you are buying a phone, or upgrading, I strongly suggest you hunt down either of these two reps there. They clearly know their game... thanks for the great service and easy transaction.

I have tickets for the Bombers opening game against Ottawa tonight. I was having issues with the Blue Bombers/Ticketmaster app on my phone. Byron at the Westwood Village Shopping Centre location helped me set things straight. Very friendly, calm, knowledgeable and professional service. Everything was corrected in record time.
