I recently went to Garage and when I tell you, IT WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Catherine (I think that was her name), was so helpful and was very honest in helping me find the perfect outfits. Kelly and Lauren were also so amazing and I LOVE that store. I ten out of ten recommend going to that store if you're looking for trendy, fashionable clothing. Thank you so much girls, for making my shopping experience soooo good!!!!

I am not impressed with my experience. I don't recommend you shop there if you're looking for friendly service. I was shopping there last weekend and noticed the young ladies just dancing in a group of 3, instead of offering help or greeting someone into your store.as you should, you work in the service industry so provide it.

Silliest store I have ever visited. Do not use your any gift card as there’s a lady she forced me to place online order using gift card and then she said there’s an error so order can’t be placed but the money is on your account. Now I see there’s nothing. I wish I could find that lady and swear on her face

Worst customer service EVER!! The sq1 is a lot better. The white girl was yelling at me for no reason grabbing everyones attention! Every other associate started treating me with disrespect. Their customer service is the worst!! Never come here!! I had a very unpleasant experience! The manager should consider training their staff properly and treat customers with respect!!!

I came in with my guide dog in training today and it was his first time in a retail store so he wasn’t making my shopping experience the easiest but the staff really helped me out ! Especially Tiana, who noticed me struggling and offered to help me multiple times! Then when I was ready to cash out the cashier was also very accommodating! The staff overall was also very friendly so these 5 stars are for customer service!

SUNDAY JUNE 20 2021 @ 1:30 PMJust stopped by today for in store shopping!! Line up was a bit long, and very long wait time outside especially. I called in beforehand (yesterday and today) to ask a few questions, not sure who I was speaking to but she wasn't too friendly, (and was the same person every time I called) and is the only reason why I'm not giving a complete 5 star review. I was in line at 12:50 and got in at 1:30 PM, as soon as I walked in Mariam or Mariyam (not sure how to spell it), was so sweet and welcoming and helped me the entire time I was there, checked up on me in the fitting room and offered style advice when I was trying clothes on, along with Anne in the fitting room too!!Over at cash Victoria was so sweet too!! All the girls are so sweet, chill, and very humorous too. Which was shocking because the girls over at the BCC location (that I usually go at) aren't this friendly. This location will definitely be my #1 Garage location to go to!!Love the staff here!!!Vivian Gray

This is the worst store i have ever visited. I regret coming here. I was having a gift card and the lady(asian lady) charged my card for placing an online order and order wasn’t complete because I didn’t have the credit card to pay the difference for online order. She said you can come back and place order. I asked her to give my card back but she said its uploaded to your online account and the card itself is empty. Now I went to two stores and none of them see any money on account. I have lost almost $50 and waste my fuel by going to different stores each time and the store employees dont even help. I am not sure what type of service it is. I suggest don’t trust these people they are looking for just to take your money and spoil your every visit. I am going to go to look for some options to file the report

Amazing customer service! I love visiting this store! I always find exactly what I'm looking for, and the sales associates are always so sweet - especially Victoria! She helped me find exactly what I needed without a hassle.
