Theresa put together a great trip from securing a beautiful property that satisfied all of the wish list items to excursion options and unique birthday touches for my son. Her knowledge and experience far outweighed what I could find out on my own. Three thumbs up from all of our family!

I have not worked with a travel agency in over 20 years, normally book my own trips. Decided to utilize an agency because it was our first trip to Europe, and I am glad we chose Theresa. She was so helpful and chose very nice hotels for our stays in Paris and Barcelona. Perfect locations, nice amenities, and comfortable rooms. Our flights were great, airport transportation was scheduled and that was so beneficial, took all the stress out of that part of our travels. She was helpful with scheduling numerous excursions, which were great. I would highly recommend Theresa for your future travels!

I booked a trip with a large group headed to Jamaica, in Sept 2022, through Faraway Places Travel. Although I have traveled widely in the past, this was my first trip to Jamaica. Prior to leaving Theresa kept reassuring me ever little thing would be taken care of and not to worry. She was RIGHT! The entire trip was excellent from beginning to end and far exceeded my expectations. The airport to hotel transfers were easy and entertaining, it was great how she choreographed my ride to include several other friends flying in for the long weekend!! The property- RIU Tropical Bay Negril-was lovely, the staff were friendly, and the food was delicious. Our excursion to Rick's Cafe was so much fun! I felt safe every step of the way. I was absolutely delighted and thrilled with the first-class service Theresa provided. If you are looking for someone to help you plan the ideal vacation, Faraway Places Travel is the first stop toward your final destination!!

Theresa is very helpful and worked well within our budget. She was knowledgeable about our destination and followed up several times before our trip to make sure we were all set. The resort she found for us was amazing and the flight schedule was perfect. We will definitely book with Theresa again in the future!

Theresa at Far Away Places was amazing to work with and she made sure I was all set for me trip. I told her I wanted to go on a quick solo hiking trip and she recommended Sedona, AZ. It was absolutely gorgeous! I stayed at the Hilton Resort at Bell Rock and used their spa (massage, hot tub and sauna) after my long hikes. Sedona has the cutest town little town, too. Highly recommend using Far Away Places to plan your next vacation.

Theresa is a first class business owner with amazing customer service practices. You will have the best agent to plan your vaca. We normally do not use an agency but we did this time and it was the best decision we made. There was an issue once arrived to our destination and Theresa fixed it it within an hour, therefore saving our international Vaca. If we booked online we would have been stuck unless we spent a lot of money to move. Thank you Theresa, we cannot wait to plan our next adventure.

Had a great experience working with Theresa! We booked our vacation almost a month before going in the busiest season of the year and Theresa was able to get us a great deal in one of the best Resorts in Cancun.The resort she found for us was amazing and the flight schedule and transportation were perfect. From the time I connected with Theresa until even after my trip was over, she was there for me every step of the way.
