Called these folks based on a recommendation from another shop for muffler work. They were very accommodating and were able to squeeze me in the same day. They did the fix with some nice simple work and charged a very fair price.

Used smaller diameter pipe and did not install muffler tip as agreed. Cooked rear oxygen sensor causing engine code to appear on drive home.

Excellent service! I dropped in to the shop today for help with a custom exhaust pipe project and the guys helped me out right away. Definitely will return for future vehicle repairs and maintenance.

WOW!! This is all I can say. Clint and his crew are just awesome. For lack of better words. I was looking for some quotes on a custom-built exhaust I wanted to put in my truck, I went to three places including Ideal and two of the three turned me away. One of which he was honest and up front and said he couldn't bend the size I was looking for. Budget muffler turned me away saying he wouldn't even discuss anything or give me a quote for anything without me paying for more parts and gave me the run around. When I got to Clint, he was all over it and said he would take it on and I was not disappointed with the out come. Prior to my exhaust work I had issues with my P/U and Clint took care of my truck as if it were his own. Clean work and very fair priced. Thank you so much Clint and crew!! I highly recommend Ideal!
