My review is in regards to the viewing experience.I really enjoyed my viewing appointment at 40-60 Pleasant Blv! The leasing agent, Kasha was very friendly and accommodating. I went in to tour an apt at 40 Pleasant Blv and upon me knowing there was a soon to be available unit at 60 Peasant Blv, she pulled some strings to let me tour that apt (the tenant was friendly and accommodating too!).The pictures of the unit in the rental posting accurately portrayed this apt too. A rare find these days.

Rent elsewhere.. very poorly managed and dishonest business practice. Mgmt staff are pathological liars. No 24 hrs. Superintendent..they only work until 4pm, starting at 8am..LIARS about conceirge. Only in 40 pleasant , not in 60.. hours from 11-7...NOT ALWAYS. A/C is turned off during the summer during hot spells to save money.. i left 3 yrs ago. Horrible building & mgmt company.

Just about a year into my lease at building 40. Superintendent is kind and her husband who does maintenance is really helpful. Service requests are fulfilled quickly and fairly. Concierge is also friendly. Elevators are fast but sometimes go out of order. Laundry is $3-$3.5 per wash and $2.25 per dry. Heating and cooling (a/c) only works for a few months out of the year. Overall the price is decent for the sq. ft. you get and it’s a great location. Can’t go wrong. Just know it’s not a 5 star hotel so don’t expect it to be like one.

Toured the building with the help of one of their leasing agents, Kasha and she has been extremely kind and helpful through the process and tours! The building looks pretty good, the units are well renovated and have amazing views!

Kasha was incredibly nice and kind to my husband and I. She did not even hesitate to explain all the details, showing all building facilities, and units available. Speaking about the unit and facilities, all renovated and maintenance above my expectations. Definitely 10/10
