I wanted to send my appreciation to the team at Awkward Media for all that they've done for us and our business. We've been their client for about a year now and only started with their SEO service. Within 3 months, this was already proving to be a great investment. Shortly after that we gave them our PPC business. They completely crushed the results we were getting before. We were 3 times more profitable with them. And it's all because they take the time to actually do research on your business and customers. They figured out our positioning was all wrong and recreated every part of our funnel with a new strategy. It was a bit of a rocky start with their SEO service because of our previous agency not giving up the assets they needed to get things going. So there was a month delay just to get started. Awkward Media was very understating of this and didn't charge us a dime for the delay. Once we got going though it was really smooth. We started to see our traffic going up in the first month and a bunch of other KPIs had improved as well. We've been with them for 6 months now and our business has seen a 2X growth in revenue from its organic search channel. They're worth every penny of the investment.
