Results from weed control were not as promised. Visit from manager to discuss concerns did not happen as promised. He did not show up and did not call and then when we called, said he had forgotten - no appointment reminders on his phone? Then on the phone, he promised a refund for the last service from the previous year. This was at least a month ago and it has not been forthcoming. So very, very disappointed.

For the past two years, my family has hired TruGreen to look after two of our properties in St. Catharines. Last year, I made the decision upgrade the services as a result of the poor results from the previous year to give my lawn another chance. It has been an absolute disaster. This company sends young, inexperienced kids with no knowledge on how to fix or care for lawns. The attached photos speak for themselves (taken yesterday). A number of my friends have also cancelled their services through TruGreen because of the same issues. You name a weed, our grass has it. Our grass looked 1000 times better before TruGreen got their hands on it. Look at the pictures... my lawn used to be the same colour before they showed up!

The lawns look great and the weeds are gone. The consultant was reliable and on time. We received a call ahead of time the day before and rescheduling was no problem. Very happy with this service.

My lawn was a disaster when TruGreen started. We are only in June and I can’t believe how much better it looks already! They plan applications around the weather and leave detailed notes at your door when they are done.

I would never recommend anyone to use this company.. not only are there prices extremely high you never have anyone experienced to do the job And they never have the right products to actually apply to your lawn...ya the stuff you pay for? Yep you probably aren't getting it.. I worked here for a week a learned more than enough and left quickly.. save your money

TruGreen bought out the company I was using last year. I had paid fully in advance with the old company but TruGreen tried to bill me for an application they did. I argued my way out of that and thought that was the end of out association. Today (March 18/22) I received a notice that service would begin again soon. I did not sign up with them. I had to call and make sure they cancelled my account. Not happy that I had to spend my time cancelling something I did not sign up for. What if I had not noticed the little card that came in mail...be wary of this company!

Their men and Ladies that stay true to their word.Last season our grass was patchy, they said they would seed for free, they did it looks great so far this year!
