I love this place, High quality garments with good price.

Not respectful service, took 15 cents for a garbage plastic bag, not a good finish.

This is by far the worst company to shop at. Had a situation where my mom bought a dress and the lady at the front said she could not try it on but she could buy it and try it on at home and if she doesn't like it she could take it back if it doesn't fit. She tried it on at home and it was super tight. Came back 2 days after to return it. The lady said no return, only exchange. There was nothing there for my mom to try on. They wanted to give a store credit. We said no cuz we won't be coming back. Receipts were still on the dress. The lady called the security because she said we were demanding our money back. Luckily I recorded the entire interaction just in case. We were quite calm,never shouted or raise her voices. Thankfully the security was quite understanding but I intend to file a complaint with the mall. I know nothing won't come out of it but I rather try. If my mom was allowed to try on the dress in the store she could know it was tight. But such is life. I would not recommend anyone shop at this store unless u record the entire interaction just to be safe. Disappointed in this store and I love shopping at this mall.

To be honest, I prefer the old style they had because the new style just doesn't work. I was shopping there in October and there was this one worker that was SO pushy. I was just trying to take my time and shop, and she kept asking if I like the style, if I want a different colour. I get that's your job but tone it down. If I went to one side of the store, there she was! If I went to the other side of the store, guess what, there she was too. But there was this one worker who was very nice and has their own basket making business. Their Instagram is @basketsbysamira.
