I called to pay a bill and the person answering the phone was very nice. They now have E-transfer available. Paying the bill was easy. The nurse was very caring, My grandmother was happy too.

trying to contact you guys to pay an invoice is pulling teeth. The person answering the phone was barely understandable, and directed me to the wrong people multiple times. Your phone number is wrong. 250, not 205. Also cannot pay over phone, had to go into your office to pay with cash only. Suggest fixing that.
