Value for money and I appreciate how they give discounts because it makes my healthy lifestyle affordable and accessible. Also, the products are well-packaged not to mention free shipping when you ordered $100+ which is what I like as I want to make sure I have stock before my next purchase. Overall, I like the service and products, even tho it takes time for the deliver, but it’s worth the wait!

Great service and knowledge. I have chronic Lyme and found Smith’s pharmacy and they have been able to supply my needs whereas no other store, that I have found, in Toronto has been able to do that. 25+ difference supplements / day and very confusing. They have helped me all the way along my journey. I highly recommend Smith’s Pharmacy … especially the service of Paris who works there.

I was able to find the supplements that my naturopath recommended. I found the pharmacy online and I was happy. I placed the order online and I was able to find everything. When I called about an out of stock item, they still made another delivery for one item for free. Great customer service and prices and I will definitely be a returning customer.

When I ordered, I received an email saying I would receive another email when the order shipped. After 2 weeks without hearing anything I followed up with customer support who informed me that the order had been delivered and that their local shipping policy does not include tracking. I checked my order status and it still showed as processing". Because I was not aware that the package had shipped

I put our order online, the item wasn't available at the time. The Pharmacy emailed us with the updates. They are very nice and polite people. The only con is that it takes long time to get the order even when the items are in stock.
