Worst Place to eat food. They are not wearing gloves when handling food, the customer service is horrible, and the food was not cooked. The chicken was horrible and not cooked. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. They are not following the simple A&W Foo safety procedure.

I just bought a Chicken Burger from this location. The chicken is raw and is not cooked. The staff at the back are not wearing gloves. They are not following the food safety standard as per the A&W and the food safety standard. photos is attached.

Best Best Best Customer Service at this A&W location....Sidra and Aisha are always amazing in every Breakfast Order.. lunch or Dinner ... always great greetings and always making sure me and my friends are served properlyThank for the great team work and everyone else who works at this location

Manager was extremely rude to elderly lady in front of me. She was condescending and looked annoyed because the lady couldn't hear very well. The young lady who served me however was very pleasant and the food was good.But you know? As a manager, if you want people to choose your booth at the food court over the others, I would try being a lot nicer to the customers who keep your franchise in profit. Disgraceful behaviour.

Ordering at this location in the mall is always painful, and the food preparation is slow. Get your spicy chipotle wrap (or whatever you prefer) craving satisfied at a different location.

Worst A &W in Ontario. Got a teen burger yesterday for me and my co worker. Huge chucks of onions and lettuce. Third time this happened. They just dont care. I bought a burger not an onion on a bun. Will never go back

Was welcomed as soon as I arrived. Both people behind the counter were very polite and knowledgeable about any questions I had.My food was hot, fresh and full of flavor!I would recommend both Abdullah and Iman get a promotion! If I could talk to a manager, I would let them know they have great employees on their hands! From those two back to the cooks in the back!I will definitely be returning!
